Wolf didn't move as Tyton flew at her, fire burning in his palms. She didn't move when he slammed one wing into her side, knocking her to the ground. Standing up, the faced him, but didn't attack. She refused to fight Zero. Simply refused.

By now, everybody was struggling against their chains, wanting to do something useful but unable to. Some of them wanted Wolf to fight back. Others wanted her to attack Toxic.

Of course, though, she would have to get through Zero before she could get anywhere near Toxic. And right now, she was not going to fight against him. She couldn't.

He had her pinned to the ground in seconds. She didn't struggle as a bolt of fire appeared in his hand. When he raised it above his head, she decided it would be best not to die.

Instead of fighting, though, she tried to break Toxic's hold on him.

"Tyton. It's Wolf. I saved you when Herobrine attacked. I gave you your father's helmet and sword. You know me, I know you do, you've just been forced to forget. Let me help you remember." She said gently.

Zero hesitated, the firebolt still raised above his head. Then, he said, his voice thick and gravelly "You are Wolf? The same Wolf?" Wolf nodded and said "Please, Tyton. I can bring back your memories. All of them. You just have to let me."

Toxic's eyes narrowed. Her eyes glowed slightly brighter. Tyron's eyes glowed brighter red, and he gave a feral growl before bringing the firebolt down. Wolf was able to roll out of the way before it caved her skull in.

Wolf said "Tyton, please, I know it's still you in there! I know it's still the same boy who rode the white stallion! I know that same boy is there somewhere! Fight Toxic's control. I can help you remember."

Tyton shook his head and growled "There is no Tyton. There is only Zero!" And he launched himself at Wolf again. This time, the claws that had sprung from his fingers raked across the side of her face.

Blood dripped, but nobody paid attention to it. Wolf was sent flying across the room, and slammed into a white marble pillar. Only winded, she stood up, stoic despite her injuries.

Toxic's chuckle echoed through the hall. "Wolf, you're certainly more stubborn than I remember you." She mused. Wolf glared and said "I will not fight him." Toxic nodded slightly, then said, her voice distant "But why?"

Wolf replied evenly "Because he is my friend. I saved his life, and helped him create a new future for himself. I refuse to fight my friends who have turned evil if there is still hope of turning them back. Nobody deserves to have a person they care about used against them."

Toxic froze.

"How...how did you...you couldn't have..." She stuttered, taking a step back. Wolf's face remained emotionless as she said "I know about everything you did. And everything the dragon did."

"You know about...about my father?" Toxic whispered. Wolf raised an eyebrow. "Should I have?" Toxic almost sagged with relief. At least she didn't know about that.

Toxic said "So what if you know about what I did? It's no matter now." Wolf replied "Oh, I think it's a matter. You looked like you were having a heart attack when I told you I knew about it."

"So? It's a sore spot for me. I don't like to remember it." Toxic replied. And it was the truth. She hated remembering it and avoided anything that had to do with it if she didn't have to.

"But I think something else happened. Involving your father. Why else would you ask about him at that time? Unless you have really bad timing, somehow your father is mixed up in this mess."

Toxic stiffened. She looked at Wolf and contemplated whacking her over the head with an anvil before she gave away any information. "I don't see any anvils around. Sorry for the inconvenience, Toxic." Wolf said.

Toxic glared at her. "Don't read my mind." She hissed. Wolf raised an eyebrow. "I can read whatever minds I want to read. And you can't exactly stop me. So, what might that particular 'information' be?"

"Nothing that concerns you." Toxic replied stiffly.

"Why did you accept the dragon's offer? You already had more than enough power, so why did you want more? I never thought you'd be that idiotic. You could have easily defeated the dragon to get power. But a soul's oath? I'm honestly beginning to think that you're just a power-hungry sorcerer that will do anything to get it-"

"HE THREATENED TO KILL MY DAD!" Toxic finally screamed.

Wolf was stunned into silence. This was a new development. She hadn't picked up on anything like this from Toxic's mind. But somehow, Wolf knew that she wasn't lying. The pain in her voice was testimony to that.

Then, her eyes hardened. "Look at me." Wolf growled. "My dad is a mob spawner. How do you think I feel?" Toxic didn't reply. Ranger spoke up. "My dad is the Champion Warrior of the End. I never see him. I haven't seen him in seven years!"

Blaze's eyes burned with fire as well. "My dad is the Blaze King. He's always off running his kingdom. I hardly ever see him!" Toxic suddenly saw the chance she had been waiting for.

"So...you're telling me I just captured the heir of King Jason?" Toxic questioned, a wicked grin spreading across her face. Blaze realized her mistake. Her eyes burned with the coals of a thousand fires and she roared "TOUCH MY PARENTS AND I'LL KILL YOU!"

"Tsk tsk Princess, should have thought this out." Toxic said, grinning still. Then she turned to Ranger. "And you are the daughter of the most influential and powerful warrior in the End?"

Ranger, surprisingly, didn't burst into rage. She simply chuckled. "When my father arrives here, the entire Ender Army will be at his back. He won't allow you to leave alive."

Toxic's wicked grin slowly turned psychotic. "And what would happen if, say, the End was consequentially destroyed?" She asked, and Ranger went still as death.

"Give the order and I'll destroy this castle with you in it." Ranger growled, starting to shake uncontrollably, Ender Particles swirling around her, her eyes turning black with small flecks of violet in them.

Toxic's grin didn't waver. "My dear Ranger, the order has already been given."
