"Y/N!" Mikey called after you as you quickly walked out of the coffee shop.

"What?" You ask turning around once you guys were outside

"I'm sorry okay? I don't know how many times that I have to say that." He replies looking like he was about to start crying with you.

"You don't have to be sorry Mikey, I don't get why it's her and not me. I don't know what I did. I don't know what she has that I don't have, but that's my problem, now go back to your shiny new girlfriend." You say a little annoyed at the fact that he's upset yet you're the one that he left.

"Y/N there's nothing wrong with you! You shouldn't have to leave public places just because we're there." He continues

"Well I'm sorry Mikey, I'm just trying to cope with my boyfriend of two years leaving me for my friend and seeing them at a place that we used to go to all the time hurts." You snap back

Mikey pulls you closer to him and kisses you.

"Y/N it's still you that I'm in love with, I just wasn't happy." He says after you break apart

"Well Mikey if happy is her, then I'm happy for you, but don't confuse your guilt with other emotions if you were in love with me, you know who you'd be with." You say before walking away

"Mikey!" His new girlfriend calls to him as she walks out of the coffee shop to him.

"Come on we're meeting my parents at church soon." She continues pulling him away from where you two were talking as he watches you walk away.

"What's wrong babe?" She asks him

"Nothing, I just think I made a bad decision." He says following her to their car.
