The Catch-Up (Natsu x Reader)

Chapter 56

(3rd PoV)

"What? Lick me?" Natsu asked as a blush went across his face.

(Y/N) nodded slowly as she averted eye contact with Natsu.

"I think you forgot about this, so I'll remind you. The saliva of Dragon Slayers can heal wounds, so I was going to lick the cuts on your face." (Y/N) said as she glanced back at Natsu.

A light bulb went off in Natsu's head as he remembered.

"Oh yeah! I completely forgot!" He said as he laughed.

"..So, can I?" (Y/N) asked as her face got redder.

Natsu nodded as he flashed  smile at (Y/N).

(Y/N) grinned and scooted closer to Natsu, that she was practically in his lap.

Natsu leaned his face close to (Y/N)'s, making them both blush.

(Y/N) gently grabbed both sides of Natsu's face and licked a cut that was on his nose.

Natsu watched (Y/N) as she carefully licked the rest of the cuts on his face, but the last cut that was left on his face, made her hesitant.

There was a cut right by his lips.

"This is the last one.." (Y/N) said as she blushed.

Natsu nodded and felt (Y/N) lick the cut near his lips, making him smile as he blushed.

"Thanks Dovey!" Natsu said as he grinned at (Y/N).

(Y/N) nodded as she grinned back.

She then started to sway, before falling into Natsu's chest.

"Dovey!" Natsu said as he looked down at (Y/N).

"I-I'm  fine. I promise.." (Y/N) mumbled out.

Natsu moved and laid down (Y/N) on the bed as he got off of the bed.

"(Y/N), you need to get some rest so you can get better." Natsu said as he ruffled (Y/N)'s hair.

"But I want to watch the games.." She said quietly.

"I know Dovey, but you need to rest." Natsu said with a soft smile.

(Y/N) frowned but nodded as she pulled the covers over her body.

"Will you stay with me?" She asked she looked at Natsu.

Natsu chuckled and nodded, "Always. Now go to sleep."

(Y/N) grinned and closed her eyes.

Natsu leaned down and kissed her cheek, "Sweet dreams Dovey."

"Lucy is gone?!" Natsu yelled.

He was outside of the infirmary with Master Makarov and everyone else from Fairy Tail.

"She's been kidnapped. She's being held in the dungeon of the royal palace. I need you, Happy, Mira, Carla, and Wendy to go rescue her. Someone else will replace you and Mira in the games." Master Makarov said.

Natsu glanced at the door of the infirmary.

"What about (Y/N)?" Natsu asked. 

"Lisanna and a few other members will be looking after her." Makarov said.

Natsu sighed, but nodded, "Alright. Let's go."

Mira, Wendy, Happy, and Carla nodded and they all left.

(Your PoV)

(Dream Land)

'Where am I?'

I looked around and saw that I was in my house.

'Wasn't I just in the infirmary with Natsu at the Grand Magic Games?'

"He's going to leave you."

'What the..?'

"Who said that?" I called out.

I walked around the house and couldn't find anyone.

'Weird.'

"He's going to leave you all alone. Just like last time."

"Who are you talking about? Who's going to leave me?" I yelled out.

I walked around and ended up in my room.

I then saw something white laying on my desk.

As I got closer, I saw that it was a letter.

I picked it up and saw that it has a red stamp that had a familiar symbol on it.

As soon as I recognized the symbol, my head started to hurt badly, causing me to drop the letter.

'That symbol.. ND.. Why did Natsu leave me a letter?'

(Still Dream Land)

Not opening the letter, I quickly left my house and headed over to the guild hall.

I pushed open the doors and gasped.

The guild was completely empty and deserted. 

"Hello?" I called out.

Silence.

'Where is everyone?'

I took a few steps back and started to shake.

'Why is nobody here?!'

I shook my head and began running to the forest, where Natsu and Happy lived.

I threw open the door to their house and stepped inside.

"Pinkie? Happy?" I called out.

No answer.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" I called out again as I walked around.

"Natsu?" I yelled out with a trembling voice.

"Natsu, please answer me! Where are you?!" I screamed out.

I feel onto my knees and covered my face with my hands.

I started to cry loudly and then sob.

'Where is everyone? Why did they all leave?'

"Please come back!" I sobbed out.

"Natsu, please! I can't.." I began.

"I can't live without you! I can't go through that again!" I yelled out as tears streamed down my face.

'Please..!'
