The Tutor and the Bad Boys

Chapter 26

I went to the library once the bell rang. I was ready for the first tutoring session of the week. Was I looking forward to it? No.

"Princess! My buddy!" a loud voice called. Kevin sauntered into the library and sat down across from me.

"Kevin. Sit down and open your text book. Do the problems you were supposed to be doing while you were texting people," I commanded, my voice doused in venom.

"Geez, what happened? I thought you wouldn't be to mad while trying to teach," James said as he sat down Kevin. Keith sat down next to James and Zack sat down next to me.

"I wouldn't test her. Our short friend here can probably kill us," Zack laughed. I felt an arm wrap around me. I looked and saw Zack with a grin on his face.

"Move your arm or I swear to god I will castrate you," I growled. Zack paled a little and pulled his arm back.

"Well doesn't he need balls if he were to be castrated?" Keith joked.

"Shove off," Zack grumbled while James and Kevin laughed.

"Enough. All of you. Kevin I am helping you at the request of some teachers. If I were those teachers I would let you fail, because you clearly don't care and you don't pay attention in class. I am leaving. You can get your friends to help you in your studies," I said. I stood up and walked out of the library. I was expecting them to run out of the library and go where ever they wanted to.

"Nate, can you pick me up?" I asked once Nate picked up him phone.

"Sorry Rach but I am working right now. Can't you hang out with the guys until 5, and then I will come get you?" Nate answered. I could hear muffled shouts and a door slamming.

"Fine. You are going to have a lot of explaining to do," I grumbled. The line got cut And I put my phone away.

"Yeah sure, I'll wait here with the people that are annoying me half to death," I mumbled as I walked back into the building.

"Oi princess, what are you doing here?" Kevin asked as I walked back into the library.

"Nate is busy so I have to wait for him to pick me up," I mumbled.

"Well in that case lets play 20 questions," James suggested.

"No thank you."

"Aww come on. We won't ask anything bad," Keith joked.

"I am good," I grumbled. I sat down at a different table and pulled out my phone.

"Please?" Zack pleaded.

Can you come to school library?  -Rachel

Sure, be there in 5 -Jared

"Actually sure.  I just have one other person joining us," I smirked.

"Who?" Kevin asked.

"Jared. Who else?" I answered. The boys went silent and I could almost see the gears turning in their heads. Sure enough, 5 minutes later, Jared walked into the library.

"Hey Rachel," he greeted sitting next to me.

"Hey," I replied. The guys moved to our table, and almost instantly the atmosphere surrounding us got thicker.

"So Jared, we are playing 20 questions. All you have to do is answer each question," Kevin grumbled.

"Honestly," Keith growled.

"Yeah I know how to play let's start," Jared replied happily.

"Let's start," Zack agreed.
