Uh, am I going crazy? Is Rachel willingly talking to us? -Kevin

A friend talked me into giving you 4 a second chance -Rachel

It will be like nothing has happened. We start tutoring over again, and we re introduce ourselves -Rachel

So it's a fresh start? -Keith

She is doing a forgive and forget -James

IDK bout the rest of you, but hell yeah. I am down for that -Kevin

great. then we will do tutoring tomorrow, and restart. -Rachel

I turned my phone off and went over to my computer. I was editing the thirteenth chapter but half way through I stopped. An idea had flooded my mind. I grabbed my notebook and one and started writing down everything as fast as I could.

I kept writing in my notebook until about 10 pages were hand written. My hand was cramped but it would be worth it.

"Rach? Mom and dad brought me home," Aiden said as a door slammed shut.

" Aiden! " I cheered as I darted out of my room. "How are you feeling?"

" I feel fine, " he smiled.

"Sweetie I don't think you should go back to school so soon. maybe wait a little bit, are some time to relax," my mom said.

" Mom, I will be fine. I have been relaxing for days, " Aiden replied.

"Hey Aiden, do you want to play chess?" I asked.

" Sure. We haven't played chess in a while, " he smiled. We walked to the living room and set up the chess board.

"ladies first," he said rotating the board so that the white side was closest to me.

" Which is why you should go first, " I grinned. I turned the board so he would be using white.

"Damn Aiden, little Rachel is roasting you like a chestnut," Nate called as he walked into the room.

"Shut up Nate," Aiden grumbled.

"Aw, is little Aiden sad because Rachel roasted you?" Nate laughed. He stood behind Aiden's chair and ruffled his hair.

"Aiden it's okay to be embarrassed," I teased while siting up on the couch.

"Both of you are really mean," Aiden pouted. He moved his pawn forward two squares. I moved my knight forward.

"But you still love us," Nate laughed.

" I fucking hate you nate, you messed up my hair, " Aiden said as he moved another pawn forward.

"Oh! Did Rachel tell you about her boyfriend?" Nate asked.

" Nate! " I yelped.

" Boyfriend? " Aiden said, his eyebrows raised. I moved my piece and he stared at the board.

"I don't have a boyfriend," I groaned.

"Oh please," Nate said sitting down next to me. " She claims they were just studying. "

"Aw, Rach we all know that studying isn't just opening a book," Aiden teased.

"Where the two of you safe?" Nate asked.

"Both of you, shut up! I don't see him in that way!" I said, my cheeks turning red.

"Wait, who is the him?" Aiden asked.

"Should I tell him or you?" Nate asked. "No choice, I am telling. Rachel is hooking up with Jared!"

"Nate! I am not!" I yelped.

"Who the Jared that visited me? Oh boy, this so going to be a hell of a threatening speech that I have to give," Aiden muttered.

"There is no need of a speech because there is nothing happening!" I protested.

"As long as they were safe I think it's fine," Nate said.

"They do look cute together," Aiden said.

"I will kill both of you," I groaned. Our game of chess had been abandoned as those two continued to discuss my non-existent love life.

I felt my phone ringing in my pocket. I looked at the screen and saw the name Jared flash across the screen.

"Hey Rachel," he greeted.

" Hey Jared, " I said.

"JARED! RACHEL IS IN LOVE WITH YOU!" Nate and Aiden yelled at once.

"Sorry," I said walking out of the room. I could still hear their hollering behind me.

"Well, my siblings want to meet you. Would tomorrow work?"

"Sure, how old are they?" I asked.

"My sister is 5 and my brother is 8."

" Alright. I have to go I will talk to you later, " I said.

"Bye."

I walked back into the room where Nate and Aiden were sitting quietly.

"Make sure you are safe tomorrow," Aiden said with a straight face before bursting our into laughter with Nate.

" I swear both of you are mental, " I muttered.
