I jumped up and down in my seat, waiting for the car to stop. I absolutely had to go to the bathroom, and I was absolutely beyond excited that I get to go to Sierra's school

See, Sierra and I always had a connection. From the moment I met her, I just felt a connection. I don't know why. But maybe one day I will.....

"Demi, we're here." Max said.

I shook away my thoughts and unbuckled, opening my door and bolting to the school building. Max was insisting that I wait for him, but he can run and catch up. I seriously could not wait to go to the bathroom. We entered through the back of the building. Knowing that they would stall us, and we, in a way, would be stalling them.

As I entered the building, I saw a bathroom. I pushed the door open, not expecting what I saw. Follow up thought, going to the bathroom can wait.

I looked at the familiar brown eyes. she looked shocked, scared, and almost guilty. She had bruises on her cheeks, and pretty much every skin bearing spot. I was at a loss for words. I opened my mouth to say something, but I didn't know what to say. I felt a little bit of anger that she was hiding thing's like that from me. Okay look, I know I can't go around assuming things about people, but it's looks like an obvious answer. She's getting bullied, and I'm almost posotive on this. I finally got some words out, not like it made sense though. "S-Sierra- wha-are..I...?" I am so not doing this well. I straightened up and, this time came out with words that made sense. "Sierra. Why didn't you tell me what was going on?" I figured asking what was going on, would be useless. She would make up a lie, and we already knew the answer.... So why go through that. She looked down nervously and rubbed her arm. "What do you-" I cut her off. "Don't try that with me. It's obvious you're getting bullied, but why haven't you told me? This is serious, Sierra." I said firmly. I had to be serious, this, infact, was a serious issue. I had to use tough-love here. She sighed. "Demi, do we have to talk about it now? I have to go to class, I'm already late." She acted completely fine, but I could see through her act. She was in pain. I held her hands in mine. "No

execuse, Sie. But go to class. Oh, we are talking about this later." I looked over at the girl, who I'm assuming was Sierra's friend. "Can you get some wet paper towels?" She nodded and grabbed paper towels, running them through the water. She handed them to me. "Sierra, um, I gotta bounce...." She said, glancing at her watch. Sierra merely nodded.

I started cleaning the blood off. Seeing Sierra so broken, made me want to cry. After I finished, I threw away the towels and embrace Sierra in a hug. "I love you, Sie." I felt her nod against my chest. She let me go, and walked out of the bathroom, not saying a single word.
