Naina comes out of VJN university after refusing Sameer's love proposal. She sees Sharad coming in holding a bunch of flowers for her. She becomes very angry.
Naina: Sharad what are you doing here, our alliance is over, we are going seperate ways, why are you here all of a sudden?
Sharad: Our marriage alliance is back again so I want you to come with me, and there's no point of you studying here.
Sharad holds her arms tightly, with a force Naina lets go of it.
Naina: Tumhaari itni himmat hain, kay tum sorry aap yaha aaye. Main kal kehchuki hoon, aur ajj bhi kahoongi mein tumse shaadhi nahi karrongi. Shaadhi toh kya, mein tumhe gaali bhi deh sakti hoon.
Sharad slaps her hard on the face, and everyone is looking.
Sharad: Tumhey muhjse shaadi karni pareghi aur tumne muhjhe insult kiya, tumhe sorry bolna paregha.
Sharad is about to raise his hand when Sameer comes in front of her.
Sameer: Meri Naina ko thappar mara?
Sharad: Haan kiya maine, tum kya karloge?
Sameer turns his hand into a fist, and starts punching him everywhere.
Naina: Sameer please.
Sameer: Nahi Naina, yeh insaan nahi hain, yeh jaanwaar hain. Tumhe koi maare muhjhe bilkul baardash nahi hain.
Naina is overwhelmed, and scared at the same time, Preeti comforts her. JBR, and the principal comes outside to see what the commotion is about.
Munna and Pandit control Sameer, but he lets go of them.
Sameer: Main jaan say maardalunga, agar kisiney koi bhi yeh haarqat kiya larki ke saat.
Sharad leaves from there, Sameer looks at Naina, and she is fiddling with her fingers.
Principal: Naina I will have to call your uncle in.
Naina: Please ma'am don't call uncle in, I apologise from Sameer's behalf.
Principal: Ok Naina this is your last warning.
Naina looks up, and sees Chachaji. He has seen everything, Naina becomes worried.
Chachaji: Naina, and Sameer I want to talk to you both.
They all go into a corner, whilst thier friends are watching them.
Chachaji: Naina beta kya huwa tha?
Naina: Sharad sab ke samene mujhe thappar mara, aur Sameer yeh bilkul baardash nahi huwa tha, yeh mere liye lara Sharad kay saat aur mein Sameer kay rokne ki bahauat khoshish ki, par Sameer nahi mana. Phir mujhe sab ke saame sorry bolna para, principal bhi thi yaha pey.
Sameer and Naina tell chachaji thier love story from the beginning, and he is listening to it very carefully. He is very happy with both of them, because thier love is true. He begins to smile, but Naina and Sameer are confused.
Naina: Chachaji, aap kyun muskara rehey ho?
Chachaji: Kyun ki mein tum dono ka pyaar maanzoor karta hoon.
Sameer and Naina look at one another.
Chachaji: Ab tum dono khush hona?
Sameer+Naina: Jee Chachaji.
Naina and Sameer hug Chachaji.
Chachaji: Remember a few things, you both will stay in your limits, you both will concentrate on your studies, make your families proud, but never bring shame on to us.
