It is going to be a very busy day for Ashi's family. Right now is the Haldi, and in the evening is the wedding. It's going to be really difficult for Ashi to leave today. She slowly comes downstairs, and sits in the centre where all her relatives and neighbours are waiting for her.
Ashi: Maa yeh haldi kyun lagate hai?
Mom: Kyunki your face will be glowing, and it's a ritual that we have to perform.It also brings pospierity to start off your new life together. It helps you calm your nerves down.
Ashi: Yeh toh bahaut atcha hai parampara hai
The haldi ceremony starts... Ashi's mom applies on her face, arms and feet. It feels really special doing this... Songs are played in between, so that there is great pomp. On the other side in Randeep's house, everyone is applying haldi on him. He begins to smile just thinking about Ashi.
Mom: Kiss ki kiyalo mein hai tu?
Randeep: Ashi ki
Additi: Wo tumhaari biwi ho jaaghe ajj thora intezaar karo devarji.
Randeep: Wohi toh karaha hoon intezaar
After the haldi ceremony is done in Ashi's house, she decides to take a bath with rose petals in it. She feels very relaxed right now.
Ashi: Kab mein Mrs Rai banoogi, kitne saare rituals hote hai, aur mein Randeep say nahi mili hoon. I miss him so much, par ajj mein yeh ghar chor kar jaa rahi hoon, I will cry so much that I'm leaving my family behind. Par koi baat nahi, I can meet them when I want to.
After 30 minutes she comes out of the bathroom drying her hair, only to see Ayesha and Kristina.
Ashi: Tum dono kab aaye?
Ayesha: Pandra minute pehle.
Kristina: Hammari haldi rasaam toh hogaye.
Ashi: Mein tum dono ko bahaut miss karrongi
Ayesha: Paagal hamere paas phone aur hamere group chat hai. Hum hamesha best friends rahenge?
Kristina: Promise?
Ayesha+Ashi: Pakka wala promise
They all hug one another, and become emotional, since they have known each other for more than a year now.
Kristina: Kitni jaldi time jaata hai?
Ayesha: Pehle din hum ajnabee they aur ajj hum best friends bangaye hai.
Ashi: It just felt like yesterday
Randeep also comes out of the washroom, he Raghav and Sanjay on the bed.
Randeep: Tum dono yaha?
Raghav: Kyun hum nahi aasakte hay yahapar?
Sanjay: Permission lene paregghi from Mr. Rai
