Well, we do need something to push the [villain] into chasing our MC's flower.
And since this is a slow moving story (on the feelings side of our MC and ML) they do need some emotional development.
I'm actually looking forward for the moment wherein our MC turns bent lol
This was his 1st mission on raising a better [villain], it didn't seem right for me to just let them immediately have a papapa scene (the sound you know what. *winks* — sex if you didn't get it)
We'll just have to wait and see how it progresses.
