It was Valentines day, the day you kinda hated since you can almost spot lovers getting lovey dovey everywhere, You never hated the day or event, you just hated how people are celebrating it in public, but then you remembered you were just single that's why you're acting like this

Daniel who was always walking with you was out of sight on that very day but you didn't mind, thinking that maybe he already have someone he loves and decides to surprise whoever that lucky girl is, You sighed as you walk alone in the middle of the couples at school

You covered your ears with your earphones and thought that maybe listening to music will make you less annoyed at their lovey dovey words to each other, couples sure are cute and romantic sometimes but if you can spot almost all couple in one place and you are in the middle of it, that's not funny at all

" Good morning Y/n !!! " A loud male's voice can be heard from behind making you glance at whoever it is and to your surprise it was Vasco

" Good morning, Vasco " You stop on your tracks and greeted the energetic guy, Vasco beamed at you while Jace was looking exhausted running after him

" Good morning, Jace? Are you alright? " you ask getting some water from your bag and handed it to him

" Thanks " he accepted the water and quickly gulp it all down, what are they even doing first thing in the morning? You thought while looking at both of them, one was energetic and one was exhausted

" oh I almost forgot, I wanted to give you these " Vasco then took three pieces of Chocolate out and handed it to you

" I wanted to be the first one to give you something in Valentines " He told you blushing a bit, You look at the three chocolates in your hand and thought that Vasco really is a good FRIEND, I didn't know that friends can also give chocolates to one another, I thought it was only couples or something like if you love that person, Vasco was looking at you like an overjoyed dog wagging its tail to his owner

You couldn't help but pat his head and kiss his cheeks ,thanking him for the chocolates that he gave you

" Thank You, Vasco " you muttered and gave him the most sweetest smile that you can give and it almost killed him because it was triple kill, you pat him, you kiss his cheeks and then smile at him, those three things that you did keep replaying on his head making him heat up and run away from you like a cute high school girl that got embarrassed

" How cute " you muttered staring at Vasco's retreating form, you open one of the chocolates that he gave you and dig in, Valentines isn't so bad after all you thought and continue on walking towards your room

Before you could take another step, Jace kinda told you that you should go take a visit at the Cafe where he was working, he said he'll treat you there and then he went after Vasco

" That's cool, Guess I'll stop by later " you muttered and entered the school ,You usually didn't pay much attention on your lucky and just grab the things that you needed but today was an exception, seeing that someone might have put a letter in it

" What the hell is this? " you muttered seeing that there is a paper peeking on your locker, you decided to open it, thinking that someone must have the guts to prank you early in the morning
