Third Person

There are things in this world that are kept secret. There are things people keep shut and take to their graves. But that was not a milestone any of those who waited in the living room would even have the luxury of reaching. All seven vampires had been capable of only settling their luggage in their rooms before they all ended up cooped up into a small living room, lines drawn. The coven of vampires all sat around or nearby the beige sofa at the far end of the living room, whilst the intruder or so some believed, stood near the fireplace trying her best not to disturb the silence. But it had become an impossible task with her new companion, who kept poking at her.

"C'mon, laugh. I know you want to," he continued to poke fun at her and she mustered all her strength to purse her lips shut, withholding her laughter. She did her best to ignore him but he wasn't one you could ignore so easily.

"What. You're not even slightly ticklish?" He raised an eyebrow, challenging her to break her silence. Silence made him uncomfortable. Her silence made him over think things. He needed to hear her voice, even for a slim moment. At the sound of the playful threat she couldn't help but look away. She couldn't indulge him, not with the others here. She was conscious that their presence at the moment felt like invasion of privacy.

"Can you shut up!" One of the coven broke. He couldn't taken the spectacle the stranger was making. He couldn't swallow him. Something about him irked him. There as he stood, all he wanted to launch himself on the stranger and rip him to shreds. But the thought of ending up on the wrong side of the girl's list restrained him from ever speaking or acting upon his thoughts.

"What got stuck up your butt? Want me to get you a doctor to check that out for you?" The stranger or so he was given the title by the coven stopped fooling around with the girl to give his full attention to the one who had broken his silence.

"Ryder, stop. We're all cranky right now," the red head looked over Ryder's shoulder trying to show some sympathy to the boy who had gotten up from his seat, trying to let out his bottled up rage. The boy felt her stare and it soothed him. However, he couldn't help but notice, from the corner of his eye, he had caught that small gesture. A gesture no one could have notice if they hadn't been staring at her. He had caught of glimpse of that color, of that one color he was so familiar with. The unique tint in her eyes. But he shook his head at the thought. It couldn't have possibly be her, he thought to himself and so her pushed the thought away. His emotions were running wild and he needed to recollect himself. Being stuck in the very same room with those two wasn't going to help.

"When are they sodding going to tell us why we're here!" He shouted angrily and one of the others, finally chose to break his own silence.

"Louis sit down," Liam didn't say it as a suggestion, it came out more as an order. Louis snapped his head around to look at Liam who sat calmy on the arm rest of the sofa. The girl watched their exchange of stare, neither one yielded for the other and it wasn't until Louis manuevered himself towards the empty seat on the sofa that she noticed that Liam had won.

"Why are we even here?" Ryder who hadn't paid much attention to the others directed the question to the girl beside him. She looked away from the blue eyed boy, who kept muttering silently to himself and stared at the brown eyed boy before her.

"I don't know. I got a text saying to make sure we both made it to the living room in this room, right after dropping out suitcases in our room." Camila answered. Ryder nodded.

"Oh, I think while we wait for-"

"Sorry, to make you wait but I had to get somethings done before I could get here," Janice's heels clicked against the floor as she made her way into the living room. Everyone watched as she made her way towards the middle of the living room, her eyes attentive to her phone's screen.

"Finally." One of the coven, the one who laid back in the corner of the room with his arms crossed muttered. Janice who everyone thought wouldn't have had paid attention, looked up and shot him a glare.

"First on tonight's agenda: there will be no late night outings throughout our stay in this hotel. While we're here I want you all to get acquainted will the tour schedule. It will be like this throughout the rest of the tour," she scrolled through her phone and the others did their best to listen.

"You should all be getting an email shortly with this week's itinerary. It is adamant you follow it. If you arrive late to any of these events you will be dealing with me privately..." the rest of the woman's tirade went unheard, for the coven could careless what she wanted. They had agreed to go on tour and they had enough respect for their fans to attend the concerts, but they had not agreed on having their days run by another stranger.

"Second, I would like to be informed if you will be having anything in particular affecting your public images," her eyes darting towards the red head and Ryder, "I would like to have the upper hand in these types of situations." The others rolled their eyes or ignored her point entirely. They had already been warned by Simon to stay away from what had become their temporary relationships if any.

"Does she mean us, Mila?" Ryder tried to mess around. Janice didn't pay him attention, she had learned that it was best not to indulge the boy. She also couldn't understand as to why he was even allowed to be on this tour. She was bewildered Ryder had gotten Simon to agree to it.

"You? What you two are a thing?" The one from the coven who insisted on commenting about everything scoffed. Camila who had kept herself from letting the others affect her, turned to look at him. He stared straight at her, challenging her to continue staring at him. She didn't let him get the satisfaction of seeing her break. She didn't say a word.

"Zayn if you could reserve us from hearing your comments. I really don't want to have to speak with you privately tonight. We are all tired," Janice was straightforward with him. Zayn didn't seem to have cared, he kept a straight face.

"The last thing for tonight, I'm sure we all want to head to our beds because I sure: you boys and Miss Reid need to find some time and set it apart," Janice read off her phone. Camilla looked up, her eyes met halfway by lime green ones.

"For what?" Camila couldn't help but ask.

"It was requested that the boys find a song in which you could sing with them. To do that what more than have you practice, the song must be ready for the Staples concert in two months," Janice stated and everyone began to exchange glances. With the current hostilities, that request was almost impossible.

"A request, suggestioning that... it must be done?" Ryder asked, noticing how tense Camila stood beside him.

"Yes, there are no options for it. It will be done," Janice finally put her phone her phone away and examined the people around her. The coven gave her cold stares and the girl did not look at her. At least she had the assurance that she wouldn't have to deal with keeping the two parties away, they did it on their own.

"Are we done?" Louis asked bluntly. Those who hadn't spoke throughout the small manner of business awaited impatiently for the answer. They were too wrapped in their thoughts to care for the issues that had been discussed.

"Ye-" Janice hadn't even finished the word before the whole coven had vanished before their eyes. Camila who stood with Ryder took a minute to take it all in.

"I think I'm heading to bed," Camila informed them as she turned around making her way towards the exit.

"Wait, Camila, is something wrong?" Ryder asked as he followed her out.

"No. Not really. My head, it feels funny..."
