"Sins of Admiration – Wu Chang x Reader"

A Wholesome (and Flustered) Identity V Love Story

Chapter One: New Threads, New Chaos

The manor buzzed with energy. Survivors ran in and out of the grand living room, each admiring their new outfits like kids on festival day. Today was special — the owner of the manor had distributed brand-new skins to all survivors, bringing not just fresh aesthetics but new skill tweaks to experiment with.

You swirled in front of the mirror, admiring your reflection. The outfit shimmered with elegance, woven in colors that complimented your eyes and shaped to perfection. You couldn't stop twirling.

"Your new look suits you, Y/N," Ema beamed, clasping her hands in delight.

You ran to her with a wide smile, catching her hands. "Yours too, Ema! You look absolutely darling — like you stepped out of a Parisian painting."

She flushed at the compliment, while around the room, your fellow survivors fumbled with their wardrobes. Naib cursed under his breath, adjusting his crimson "Cherise" coat with mild frustration. Aesop looked out of place in bold red and black, stiff as ever. Meanwhile, Eli flaunted his ethereal white and gold robes like a fashion model, his owl ruffling its feathers as if sharing in the pride.

Soon, one by one, the survivors left to test their new skins in matches. Only you, Emily, and Ema stayed behind to tidy up the mess — discarded packaging, stray hairpins, and boxes of accessories scattered across the room. You didn't mind staying behind. These two women were your comfort in this unpredictable place: Emily, like an older sister with quiet wisdom; Ema, the curious younger sibling you never had.

Chapter Two: Hunters in the Mirror

On the other side of the manor, the hunters gathered.

"Joseph, that new look is just stunning," Mary commented, sipping wine as she leaned back in her chair.

Joseph, ever composed, nodded gracefully. "And your ensemble is nothing short of divine, Mary."

Their refined exchange contrasted with the casual lounge around them. Jack sprawled across a sofa with a bored sigh, while Michiko admired the elegant cut of her new white kimono in a full-length mirror.

"Speaking of which," Mary said, frowning slightly. "Where is Wu Chang? I haven't seen him since the reveal."

"Probably sulking," Michiko offered. "He never really liked changing skins. He's attached to that old, dusty default."

Mary hummed in agreement. "Still... I'd love to see what his new one looks like."

In a quieter room tucked away from the rest, Wu Chang — or rather, Black and White — faced their own wardrobe drama.

"There is no way I'm wearing that," Black groaned, seated on the edge of their bed, eyeing the elaborate robes White currently modeled.

"Oh, don't be so dramatic. It's not heavy," White said, adjusting the gold-trimmed collar of his layered outfit in front of the mirror. "It's regal."

Black frowned. "It's ridiculous. And tight."

"You made me wear the Western skin for months," White said, folding his arms. "It's only fair you indulge me this once."

Black grumbled, defeated by logic. "Fine."

Minutes later, White was helping him into the robes amid soft grunts and minor curses.
