Dancing with the music bois, Beef x Etho

"Mhm- just like that," Beef let out a small sigh of content, hand rested lightly on his partner's waist.

They say ballroom dancing was an activity best enjoyed in pairs, and Beef wholeheartedly agreed. Classical music brushed his senses, straightening his back as he guided Etho through a waltz, feet light as he stepped back and forth.

Etho was struggling slightly to keep up, but he was still learning, and years of practice sneaking around had made him graceful. He hadn't stepped on Beef's toes once, and even if he wasn't the best dancer, he certainly put in the effort.

The music swelled around them, violins, cellos, piano's and other instruments Etho couldn't place climbing- their notes working together to create a swirl of emotion and color, resonating, leaving the duo hollow whenever it left- filling them whenever it returned.

The score climbed higher and higher, strings frantic as they struggled. Each time the music couldn't possible climb another step, it did, Beef and Etho's choreography swirling with it, steps faster and faster until suddenly-

The music reached its apex, an orchestra of instruments chiming in to meet the demand for noise.

Etho felt his heart race as Beef broke step, playing along as momentum carried him through the spins, once, twice, three times, stop.

He found himself draped over Beef's arms, struggling for footing as he felt the elder support his weight with ease.

The music continued to spin around them, and Etho felt himself go limp as Beef stared at him.

The butcher's eyes were passionate, intense as they stared into Etho's, and they both could feel the redstoner's heart slam against his ribs.

They almost forgot about dance practice, a light gasp escaping Etho's lips as he was pulled closer to Beef.

The elder hesitated for a single moment, before leaning in to smash his lips against Etho's.

It was sloppy, romantic, passionate, overdramatic, but Etho couldn't help but kiss back.

God help him, he needed to kiss back.

By the time they broke apart, Etho's cheeks were bright red, and the music had started to fade out.

They took a second to catch their breath, Etho practically limp against Beef's strong embrace.

"Too much?" The builder asked, a shy smile on his lips.

"You're hopeless," Etho grinned back, suddenly shifting his weight. He threw his arm around Beef's neck, throwing the other off guard as he went in for another lip bruising kiss.
