Chapter 17| Peaches And Cream

We were all sitting in the BTS' practice room. Apparently Taehyung's cousin came. Her name is Kim Na Hee. No wonder, she got the looks.

Few Moments Earlier:

"Who came?" I asked Jungkook out of curiosity.

"You will see. She is a wonderful girl. A beauty with a brain" he said and I couldn't help getting annoyed.

How could he keep praising a girl in front of me like that? I wonder if that girl really deserves it. I mean I study in one of the best colleges in Seoul despite being a foreigner. Also I don't look that bad. So I don't understand how is she more of a beauty with brain.

We entered into the room.

"Wow! Y/N?" Nahee said.

"Nahee? How come you are here?" I asked her.

"You two know each other?" Taehyung asked Nahee.

"Yes. We are friends" Nahee said before I could say anything.

Jungkook went towards her to give her a hug.

"I missed you" he said while bopping her nose.

"I missed you too oppa" she said to Jungkook.

I scrunched my nose hearing oppa.

I didn't like their closeness. I don't know why but the girl I liked so much yesterday didn't feel so special now.

"Umm Y/N. She's my cousin" Taehyung said catching my attention "Jungkook and Nahee are close for a long time."

"How many friends does he need?" I muttered under my breath.

"Uh I didn't catch that" Taehyung said.

"Nothing" I said putting on a fake smile.

"Y/N! I didn't know that you work here. Let's hang out more often" Nahee said. Wow she really seems to be a nice person.

Jungkook noticed my presence just now. He had completely forgotten about me even though he was the one who brought me here.

"Oh Y/N. I am so sorry for keeping you waiting here. You can go back to do your work if you want. I don't think I'll be able to edit any video today" he said and smiled looking at Nahee. She smiled back. What Kdrama is this?

He called me by my name. He didn't say peaches. I don't know whether I should be happy or not.

This guy didn't even look at me since he came to this room. Now he has the audacity to tell me to go to work. Wow. How can a person forget about someone just by meeting an old friend?

"They are meeting each other after a long time" Taehyung whispered it to me apologetically. Omo how did he read my mind?

"No one is going anywhere" Jimin said coming in "I brought chicken, guys."

Oh yes. I blocked Jimin's number to avoid his calls. I didn't want to hear any bullshit. But now I have to see his face. I am not staying here any longer.

"Yes Y/N. Have fun with us for some time. Take a break" Taehyung said.

"What break? I haven't even started-"

"Can you do this? Stay with us peach. You will not regret it" Jungkook said not letting me finish.

I will not do as you say. I did not say it out loud. I don't want to make it obvious.

"Peach?" Nahee asked but nobody quite heard it except me.

"Stay for a while" Yoongi said as he also came in. With him Seokjin, Namjoon and Hoseok came.
