Chapter 40| Happy, Maybe?

Jungkook was staying here for past couple of days. He spends a lot of time with us. Daisy asked about Ian but then eventually forgot about it.

But she will be left alone when we will go back to South Korea.

Jimin's POV:

Jungkook just left Seoul without telling us. We don't even know where he has gone.

He took Y/N's address from our company.
And the next day he just disappeared.

"Did you get to talk to her?" I asked Minji the first thing after seeing her.

"She is not picking my calls up" Minji said shrugging.

Just then Minji got a call from an unknown number.

"Hello?" She said picking it up.

She quickly put it on loudspeaker.

"Hey Minji! I couldn't contact with you these days because my phone had gotten completely wet in the rain. It wasn't functioning well" It was Y/N's voice.

"Oh it's totally okay. Whose number is this?" Minji asked.

"It's my mum's. I thought that I should let you know" she said.

"Oh okay. Y/N. Can you give this phone to Jungkook?" Minji asked smartly.

"Oh. He is cooking now" Y/N laughed and said,

"I don't know why but he is not getting out of the kitchen."

"Okay. Have fun. Bye" Minji said.

"Bye. Take care of yourself" Y/N said and hung up.

"So Jungkook's there" I said.

"Yeah. But you should warn your company so that they don't say anything to the both of them after they come back. Jungkook has left once. He can do it again" Minji said and I nodded.

She is right. We have to be careful about Jungkook.

Y/N's POV:

"Tell me how is it" Jungkook said to everyone after placing the tray on the table.

"It's stuck" I said after trying to pick the braised potatoes with a fork.

"Don't worry. It will taste better that way" he said and took a seat.

"Huh?" I was confused.

"Yeah I know. The somewhat burnt taste. It really enriches the flavour" My mum said taking bite.

"How can you support him in this? Should you really use the word 'enrich' this sentence. You should use 'disrich' if that's even word" I said after finally being able to taste it.

"Why? I find it delicious" My mum said and Jungkook smiled proudly.

"I don't think you are supposed to" I looked at the food again.

"This is my high school" I said showing it to Jungkook.

We came outside for a walk. Both of us were wearing masks.

"Which class you were in?" He said looking at the building.

"This is the science building" I said pointing at it.

"I was in the fifth floor" I said.

Jungkook looked at the fifth floor and I laughed.

"Don't you think I am a celebrity too?" I said to Jungkook.

"I don't get it" he said.

"Let it be if you don't" I shrugged.

"No! I want to know what you were talking about" Jungkook said looking at me.

"I mean that I did the CG for your collaboration stage. Shouldn't I be famous now?" I said and Jungkook laughed.

"What? I know that I have messed up a bit. Not a bit actually. Since it happened live" I said getting laughed at.

Jungkook put his palm on my cheek. He bent a little and said,

"I didn't laugh because of that. I just find you cute" he said and patted my head softly.

I shoved his hand away.

"What if someone sees us?"

He just sighed.
