80: Reunion 2

"Go away!" Toby shouted at the two of them.

Nagdidilim talaga ang paningin niya ngayon. He was also suffering from great heartache.

That lady...

Kahit pa hindi gaanong mahalaga sa kanilang tatlo si Nyssa but for him, she really became a dear friend for him.

Toby's eyes welled up.

This was unacceptable!

He once again released his light energy, this time stunning everyone around him.

"Toby, don't!" Adam and Khalil yelled at the same time when they couldn't move anymore.

But Toby wasn't listening to them. He approached Jin, his eyes were red in anger.

"You! Don't hurt my son. He treated you very well all these years!" Sabi naman sa kanya ng mama ni Jin.

"He treated me well. But I am not the one who gives a lot of trust and things towards him. It is Ana! I know you hate her but you should know na napakaraming naging pakinabang ng anak mo kay Ana. But then in the end, he let her die. In the end, he killed her!"

Toby collected his light energy on his hand. He clearly was very angry right now.

"Fight me!" Toby released the light energy towards Jin.

He was expecting him to jump away and dodge his light energy.

But contrary to his expectation, Jin stayed where he was even waiting for Toby's attack to come at him.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ni Toby. He felt panic for a moment that malapit na talaga sa binata ang light energy niya.

But at the last moment, someone stood before Jin. The hand of that person met the light energy. Then slowly, the ball sized energy started to dissipate.

It was as if the hand was absorbing it.

When the light energy was completely gone, doon lang natitigan ng husto ni Toby kung sino ang nasa harapan niya.

"Ana!"

Then he quickly rushed towards her but the lady simply put her hand to his shoulder to keep herself standing.

Nyssa was, in fact, not yet well. Base na rin sa itsura niya na hinang hina pa at may mga bakas pa ng pangbugbog sa katawan niya.

Maru was only able to heal her broken ribs and some of her burns. She couldn't heal her totally dahil na rin nagamit na rin ang malaking bahagi ng enerhiya niya ng magtransform siya sa ancient form niya.

So she just decided to fly Nyssa back to Jin's residence.

Sakto namang naabutan nilang inaatake ni Toby si Jin.

But what Maru didn't expect, Nyssa would expend the remaining of her energy to protect Jin.

"He's innocent." Nyssa muttered but it was enough to be heard by everyone.

"Innocent or not, do you really have to spend the last bit of your energy to save him?" Maru asked.

"Toby will not murder someone innocent on my behalf, Maru. I won't let that happen."

"Stupid girl!" Sabay pang saway sa kanya nila Maru at Toby.

"A-ana..." Jin called her but she just ignored him.

She didn't come back to life to dilly dally what she was supposed to do.

She straightened herself and faced the direction of Celine.

The moment Nyssa appeared, samu't saring emosyon na ang bumalot kay Celine.

From shock to confusion to anger...

She trusted Linda's words. When she detailed to her kung paano niya binalot ng fire energy si Nyssa and threw her off the cliff... Linda would never lie to her about that.

Since the lady was facing her direction, it felt like Nyssa was talking directly at her.

People around her started to look at her with suspicion. Lalo na sila Toby. Even Jin's mother had the same expression while looking at her.

Para namang napetrified si Celine mula kinatatayuan niya.

She knew she commanded her maids to get rid of Nyssa. But she never talked to this bitch at all after she left the safe zone to look for ingredients for Jin's medicine. She never had a chance to do so.

Kaya naman, her words were surely not directed towards her.

When Celine realized it, unconsciously, she looked back to Linda.

To her surprise, Linda began to run away.

Celine had an urge to beat her maid.

How dare she run?!

All she needed to do was to pretend as if the lady had gone crazy. But why was she running away now as if she was afraid to this bitch?

What Celine wasn't aware of, the moment Nyssa looked at their direction, she had already concentrated her aura towards Linda. The maid figured out that Nyssa had a breakthrough. Her hand na sumasakal kay Linda ay nagkaroon ng black aura. Then it began to absorbed Linda's energy.

But it wasn't enough yet.

When Linda's energy was already depleted, the black aura started to absorb her essence too.

Soon, everyone around watched a horrifying scene before them. Linda's body started to inflate like an air balloon.

Then at the last minute, she turned into ashes dispersing along with the wind.

Everyone silently stared at Nyssa who had still her hand upward. But their faces expressed what they were feeling inside.

Terrifying!

The power of this lady was terrifying.

Nyssa finally put down her hand pero kasabay noon ay ang tuluyang pagkaubos ng lakas niya. She once again fainted.

But before she could even reach the ground, Jin was already in front of her to catch her falling body.
