I'm The Girl Outta Time

This Is The Worst

I sit in the lab with my head in my hands with Clint's jacket wrapped around my shoulders because I am cold.

I listen to the others argue before I sigh and leave not knowing that Nat has followed me

"You alright?" Natasha asked but I don't respond

"Faith." She said

"Hmm?" I hummed looking at her.

"I said, are you alright?" Natasha asked.

"I'm fine." I said

"Hey talk to me." Nat said

I just stare at her teary eyed.

"Whatever you say to me in confidence is between us. You know that right" Natasha said

"I don't have anything to tell you." I said and she sighs walking away as I walk into my room falling on my bed, sitting up thinking about my mom, I look down holding in my tears looking up whenn I hear a knock on my door.

"You can come in." I said and see Maria standing at my door.

"Hey what's up." I said.

"I don't know why don't you tell me." She said sitting next to me.

I feel a tear slip wiping it away sighing looking down.

"I miss my mom is all." I lied with a shrug.

"It's okay." Maria said and I nod wiping away a tear.

"Alright, uh, I'm gonna try and get some sleep." I said standing up frm my bed grabbing some pajama's as Maria left letting me change, after getting changed I throw my hair up in a messy bun staring out at the window

"Hey." Clint said from behind me.

"Hey babe." I said 

"You alright?" He asked and I turn around shrugging.

"Yeah, let me guess the person that Ultron killed was J.A.R.V.I.S?" I asked and Clint sighs nodding.

"I should've known." I said sighing.

"Stop." Clint said and I shake my head.

"No, I should've known because I've seen it happen! Why can't I remember?!" I cried my powers starting to get out of control.

I feel someone hug me and by the sent, I know it's Clint , I continue crying.

"WHY CAN'T I REMEMBER!"I yelled

"I don't know. I don't know, but hey remember one thing you got us this far." Clint said his voice cracking as he hugs me tightly

"This is the worst." I said as I start to calm down.
