Chapter 5

Ananya look at the caller ID and tear starts rolling down on her cheek.She disconnect the call and again start doing her work .This is repeated from 10 times
At last she recieve a message.
"What happen Ananya .Tum mera call kyu disconnect kar rahi ho"

"My phone is not working well isliye ho jaa raha hai"she replied back .Neither She wants to hurt him nor she want to talk .

Her phone again beeped with a message.
"Ok. Can we go for a dinner today? only you and me and a beautiful evening"
Ananya sits on the bed crying.
Ananya(to herself)-"Kyu Ray ?kyu? Mere liye situation aur mushkil kyu bana rahe ho. Jab tumhare dil me meri liye koi feelings nhi hai to  Kyu apni baato se ,apne harqato se mujhe ye ehsaas dilate ho ki...

She starts crying bitterly holding her phone in her hand tightly .Dev who just return ,stops at the door seeing her crying and is going to console her but .....
Ananya-"Jaanti thi ki mera pyar one-sided hi rahega .per phir bhi bahut pyar karne lagi .Koi expectation nhi tha tumse. Keval tumse mil kar hi khush thi mai. per phir tumne apni har baat,har baat se mujhe ye ehsaas karaya ki mai bhi tumhare liye special hu .Mujhe laga ki shayad tum bhi mujhse pyar.................but I was wrong .Tum to bas mujhse dosti nibha rahe the. Ek baar ek baar agar tumne mujhse kaha hota ki Ananya Baalveer se shadi mat karo ,agar mujhe thora bhi lagta na ki dabbu ke sath meri shadi fix hone se tumhe koi problem hai ,tum nhi chahte ho ye to mai kabhi iss rishte ke liye haa nhi kehti.per ab jab kuch bhi pehle jaisa nhi hai to tum kyu phir se.....Kyu RAY?

Dev take a step back hearing her. He feels that everything is  crumbling down. He feels like his knees are becoming weaker and can't lift his weight. He hold the table near door to stop himself from tumbling down. . He is not able to face her now .He disappear from there .

He is sitting in front of Pari tara in his palace of veer lok.He remembers their sweet moments,her care,their fight and their marriage. He knew that this marriage is due to circumstances but somewhere his subconscious mind start dreaming about his life with her.

He remembers how she became happy seeing Ray .How she always tried to impress him .but he never thought that she may have some feelings toward him. He is always dumb in these things. He chuckled sadly.

Dev-"waise to har choti se choti baat  mujhse share karti ho Anu .phir itni badi baad kaise chupa liya. Iss ek sach me sab kuch badal diya .hum safar to sath karenge per ab humsafar kabhi nhi ban payenge.

Dard pehle se hai zyaada
Khud se phir yeh kiya wada
Khamosh nazrein rahe bezubaan

Aab na pehle si baatein hain
Bolo to lab thar tharatein hain
Raaz yeh dil ka
Na ho bayaan

Ho gaya ke aasar koi hum pe nayi
Humsafar mein toh hai
Humsafar hai nahi
Durr jaata raha
Paas aatha raha

Khamakha bewajah khwaab bunta raha

At night.
Being Expert in hiding his emotions,Dev behave normally and no one can guess his inner turmoil.

In Devanya's room

Dev and Ananya enters in the room .
Ananya-"Mai left side me soungi"
She turn around not getting the answer but Dev is not there.

He leave for Veer lok as he doesn't want to face her.But before he can land on veer lok he heard Ananya that Ananya is calling him in fear. He hurriedly take a U turn and reach near her.
Dev(worriedly)-"kyu hua Anu tumne aise achanak ke kyu bulaya. Tum thik ho .Kahi timnasa ne to..?per wo hai kaha .Bolo na.Jawab kyu nhi de rahi ho"
He asked all this in one go.
"Answer karne doge to karungi na Dabbu express." said Ananya who opened her mouth thrice to answer him .
Ananya-"Mujhe kuch nhi hua hai.Ab mai veer lok to jaa nhi sakti to tumhe bulane ka yahi tarika mila mujhe.
Dev-"Aise ?"
Ananya-"ha to .Tum veer lok kyu chale gaye."
Dev-"Mai nhi chahta ki mere wajah se tum uncomfortable feel karo issliye"

Ananya-" mai uncomfortable nhi feel karungi"

Dev-"Dekha tha maine kitna comfortable feel kar rahi thi tum.

Ananya-"uske ke liye to maine sorry bola na."
Dev-"Sorry bola? kab?
Ananya-"Aaj subah.tumne nhi suna to issme mai kya Karu"

Dev(wondering)-"aise kaise sorry bola jo maine nhi suna."
Ananya-"Man me bola"
Dev look at him like are you serious.

Ananya-"Galti tumhari thi phir bhi maine sorry bola ."

Dev(surprisingly)-Meri galti thi.?kaun si galti ?kaisi galti?

Ananya-"to tum dabbu ho isme kya meri galti hai?

Dev-"Matlab"
Ananya-  tumhare sath itne mahino se reh rahi hu to tumhara thora to asar hoga na mujhpe. Agar tum dabbu nhi hote to mai aisi stupidity thori karti.

Dev chuckled inwardly at her great explanation.
Dev-"Mai veer lok jaa raha hu.
He turn around but Ananya hold his hand.
Ananya-"mat jao na please.🥺🥺
He look at her who is looking at him innocently.
Ananya-"Mai phir se sorry bol deti hu.per mat jao"
She hold her ears with one hand while with another she is holding his hand.
Ananya-"Sorry .Aaj ke baad I promise No matter situation chahe kaisi bhi ho it will not affect our friendship. "🥺🥺🥺
Dev look at her who is making most innocent face. Yes ,she is right .No matter what their friendship should not be affected.
"Heart promise"he asked in same way as she asked him .

Ananya  -heart promise.
Dev-"Mai right me sounga"
Ananya-ok.

They both went to the bed .
After sometime
Dev feels that something is going to hit his face .He hold that thing with lightening speed and then open his eyes.
