Beth's heart was at a race.

She was angry.

How is that even possible.

She had lost any sense on that day of the fire.

But here she is, feeling angry.

She didn't realize it at all. They were in the living room now, and Damian followed.

"Goodnight!"

She greeted them.

Little Peter hugged her first,

"Good night!"

"See you another time."

Damian said, walking out of the door.

Miss Holy hugged Beth then,

"Good night, and thank you very much again."

"Bye-bye."

[Street yard, nighttime]

They greeted everyone and left. Then, Beth saw the time.

"Shit."

She had only thirty-five minutes to go to the bus stop.

"Only I am this lucky."

She mumbled to herself. She then remember what Damian had told her.

He looked at her with a weird expression.
Beth had forgotten he was with her.

They walked for a while without saying any words to each other.

His cold aura was all around her.

And that made her very wary around him.

It was terrifying but she just ignored it.

Time passed, and the three men from before showed up in front of us.

"Oh, not this again."

She hissed lowly. Damian's mouth twitched before asking her,

"What?"

"There, our friends came back."

"You are trouble, aren't you?"

"Always have been."

"I would advise you not to cross them again. You are already hurt."

"Come on, don't be such a pussy."

"Watch your tongue, little liar. I am not the one you should mess with."
