She reached home feeling gloomy.

Allen and Eulia came up to her,

''Mama! Huggies!''

Beth hugged the little girl, immersed in her little arms.

Allen smiled but knew his mommy had some kind of trouble going through her head.

''Hey, Beth!''

''Raf!''

''Hey, kids, go back to your rooms and study. I will take you out later and we will let Beth get some rest okay?''

''I want a hug too!''

Allen scoffed at Rafael,

''Okay, okay.''

he put his hands up in surrender.

''Come here, baby.''

the woman hugged her son like he was her salvation from all the problems in the world.

''Mommy? Do you want to talk to Allen?''

the boy asked concerned.

''I'd love that baby.''

''Then I'll take my daughter out, talk to both of you later.''

they hugged and kissed before leaving.

''Let's go, mommy. You take a shower and change clothes when I finish studying, I will come okay?''

Beth went into her room and got undressed.

She noticed her window open.

The man looked at the woman's eyes with something that Beth couldn't quite catch.
