Requested by SilverPrincess35: Y/N is seven months' pregnant, and is meant to be taking it easy, so Tom gets really protective when she doesn't take it easy.

I walked around mine and Tom's mansion, my champagne flute instead filled with sparkling water as my husband and I mingled at the party that he was holding for both his mob and the other mobs that were our friends. Though, of course, none of them knew the real reason for the party that my husband and I were hosting. No, this wasn't a Game of Thrones Red Wedding type situation, the reason for our party was a lot more joyous and hopeful. After all, it was announcing something that Tom and I had been waiting for since we'd gotten married, five years ago.

"Can we have everyone's attention, please?" Tom spoke as he gently tapped a knife against his champagne flute to make a sound that would make everyone quiet. My heart fluttered in my chest as I went to him, my husband asking for everyone's attention signifying the start of the announcement as he curled his arm around my waist, and pulled me into his side.

"We have an announcement to make. Quite a big one, at that." Tom smiled and bit his lip as he looked down at me. I returned the smile and looked over the sea of guests, every single one of them having their eyes on us as they eagerly waited. I couldn't help but let my smile widen as I looked at everyone.

"I'm pregnant!" I squealed. Everyone's eyes widened, excited gasps leaving their lips as our home erupted into a chorus of cheers and claps.

"Congratulations, guys!" Harrison laughed as he, and Tom's family rushed up to us to hug us.

"I can't believe that I'm going to be a grandma! I've waited for this day for so long!" Nicki squealed excitedly as she lovingly hugged me.

"Trust me, mum, so have we." Tom nodded as he looked down at me. I returned it and bit my lip, tears pricking my eyes and love filling my heart as I stared into the eyes of the love of my life. The love of my life whose baby I was now pregnant with.

"Damn right we have. And I can't wait." I whispered. Tom gave me another smile, making me giggle and return it as he leant in and gently pressed our lips together.

That had been four months ago now, and to say that my pregnancy had been unlike any other was an understatement. In all fairness, that could be said for all of my life, given that I was the wife of infamous and notoriously ruthless mob boss, Tom Holland. Tom and I had known each other our entire lives, and had started dating in our teenage years. We had been together ever since, had tied the knot almost six years ago now, and had been trying for our first baby since we'd gotten married. Which, of course, I was now seven months pregnant with. Most husbands were only more cautious with their pregnant spouses when they were on the brink of giving birth. But not Tom. Given my husband's line of work, and how many enemies he'd made in his life, I was placed under twenty-four-hour protection from the moment that my home pregnancy test showed up as positive. Tom assigned his top bodyguard to instead guard me, and I wasn't allowed to leave the mansion at all unless he was with me. Of course I didn't mind, I had had a fair few near misses in the time that I had been with Tom, and I simply wasn't willing to put our baby at the same risk. But as my bump had grown, as Tom and I had seen more of our gorgeous baby on the ultrasound machines at each appointment, Tom had only gotten more protective. I was now on bed rest, but on Tom's orders, not the doctor's. Despite me having a perfectly smooth pregnancy, and not a single enemy being able to get within a mile of me, Tom was still being the extremely overprotective husband and father that I knew that he was. But of course, I loved him for that. I snapped out of my thoughts as I stood in the nursery, my hands resting against my ever-growing bump as I looked at the room that I couldn't wait to see our baby in. The walls and furniture were either painted yellow or white, given that we had decided not to know the sex of our child before their birth. Not that it mattered, all I wanted was a healthy baby with Tom, I didn't care less if it was a boy or a girl. I sighed in bliss as I turned and headed out of the room before walking along the corridor. I headed down to the foyer, where the several boxes of baby toys and stuff still sat, kindly given to us by Tom's mum. I leant down and picked one up, the box more than light enough for me to handle it with the extra weight of our child as I started to carry it up the stairs. I headed back along to the nursery and looked in. Immediately, my heart warmed, a smile curling onto my lips at the sight of Tom standing in the nursery. His back was turned to me, my husband's head down as he gently ran his fingers along the edge of the crib.

"You okay, Tommy?" I asked, making him look over his shoulder at me as he was alerted to my presence. His eyes widened.

"Sweetheart, what have I told you about carrying heavy stuff?" He scoffed as he rushed to me and quickly took the box of toys off of me.

"It hardly weighs anything, Tommy, I'm sure that I can carry that one little thing." I chuckled and shook my head.

"I don't care, my love, you have the extra weight of our baby, you don't need to lift even a single box, and I won't let you. If I see you lift anything again, I'm calling Steve to lift it for you." He nodded, making me chuckle and shake my head as he put the box down on the floor before walking back to me and curling his arms around my waist. I sighed and looked back up at him as I rested my hands against his chest.

"You know that I only do it because I love you, and I'm trying to protect both you and our child." He nodded.

"I know, Tommy. I know. And we both love you for it." I gave him a small smile as I took his hand, and placed it onto my bump.

"I know that you do, darling. And that only makes me love you more." He gave me a small smile before leaning in and kissing me.

I sat on the sofa in mine and Tom's living room, my feet rested on the coffee table and the bowl of ice cream rested against my bump as I watched TV. I stared at it with attentive eyes, my hand automatically raising and putting each spoon of ice cream into my mouth as I watched the show.

"Hey, sweetheart." I smiled and let my eyes flutter shut, my head tilting by itself as I felt Tom's hands on my shoulders, and his lips gently press to the skin of my neck.

"Hey, Tommy." I responded quietly.

"How is the love of my life, and the mother of our perfect child?" He asked, making me chuckle and shake my head as he moved around the sofa, and sat down next to me before putting his hand on my thigh.

"I'm okay-."

"No you're not, you're eating ice cream!" He exclaimed as he took the bowl from my bump. I looked at him with wide eyes.

"The problem being?!" I scoffed.

"Fruit, my love! You're eating for two, you need to be eating nutritious and healthy food." He shook his head. I playfully rolled my eyes and took the bowl back, Tom releasing a quiet sigh as he looked at me.

"Tommy, babe, I love you, I do, but if there's any time when I can eat ice cream whenever I want, it's when I'm pregnant, with your baby." I nodded.

"Well, when you put it like that..." He chuckled and shook his head, making me smile as I looked back at the TV. Tom bit his lip and continued to study me as he placed his hand on my bump.

"You know, love...I really am over the moon that we're having a baby. I can't tell you how excited I am for them to get here, for us to be a family." He spoke.

"I know, you've told me at least five times every day since we found out." I teased as I looked at him.

"I know, I know, but...I don't know. I'm just so happy that I'm achieving my dreams, with you too. There is truly no one else on this planet that I would rather be starting a family. You are my dream, my love. And so is our baby." He admitted. I bit my lip and looked at him, tears pricking my eyes and my heart filling with love at how sweet and caring my husband was.

"For what it's worth, I feel the same, Tommy. You made my dreams come true. And I will always be grateful for that." I returned.

"I know, darling. I know." He gave me a small smile before leaning in and gently kissing me.
