"Wow." Oliver cringed, eyeing me with his grandpa disapproval.

"Told you. Now deal with it." My newly appointed personal bodyguard mocked me with a smirk.

Yes, fellas. I won the bet.

Rafael's hasty footsteps thudded against the stairs as he rushed down checking his wristwatch.

And then he stopped. All of a sudden.

Charcoal eyes went wide for a split second before a well known darkness crept into them. His hot gaze fell over the new tattoo on my collarbone.

Femme fatale, it read.

His eyes remained glued to the spot and his tongue darted out to wet his lips.

God help my sanity.

I quicky snapped out of my daze and he too, as muddled as me looked here and there.

Good thing Oliver had left already. Being punctual was not so bad after all.

"So amusing, isn't it Harrison?" He curled his lips up, taking slow and stealthy steps towards me. "I bet you don't know that I called her that, do you?" He tapped a finger over the tattoo. The ephemeral touch ignited a gazillion sparks inside me.

Who was teasing whom exactly?

But I wasn't going to back off. No way, mister.

"Let's go, Harri boy." I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the back door.

A surprisingly sleepy Alli passed by us, whistling as she trained her eyes at our connected hands and then looking up at Rafael.

"Are you two eloping already?" She giggled, her side glance trained in Rafael's direction.

I pretended brooding over it. "Doesn't sound so bad. What do you say, Harri?" I winked.

"No but seriously, where are you two sneaking from the back door?" She asked.

Rafael who was apparently getting late didn't feel like moving his legs now.

"We aren't sneaking, Alli. We were just going to burn some calories in the woods." I bit my lip, giving Harri's butt a light spank.

My action got him to jump back, his eyes grown wide in horror. "I think I'm a victim of harassment at my workplace."

I stared at the flower vase in response as if not hearing his comment whilst desperately waiting for Rafael to speak something. This was getting tiring.

I suddenly doubted this entire thing.

"Why do you need him for a jog? To save you from spiders?" Alli said, tying her long hair into a ponytail.
