Chapter 22 | Weird Behaviour

Arohi smiled at Sonia and she nodded while they waited for the elevator to come to their floor. As the elevator ding and the gates opened, Arohi and Sonia moved forward to step in when Arohi stopped seeing the man in front of her.

In the lift was the owner of the company. Mr. Rohit Chauhan. Arohi had research a little bit about the company. She had seen this man's picture. He made this whole empire on his own will. She remember reading something along the lines of how his only support from start to end was his wife.

Sonia:"Good evening sir"( She said bowing her head a little and Arohi followed)

Rohit:"Good evening "( He replyed with a smile )" Would you like to come in"

Sonia:"No no sir. We can wait"

Arohi:"Yes sir"

Rohit:"Nonsense. Just climb in. Anyways I am sure we all are heading to the ground floor only"

Arohi felt a warmth coming from him. She was amazed how soft and polite this man was. He had no ego of his post. He was so down to earth. This made Arohi gain an admiration for him.

The girls entered the elevator and pressed the ground floor button. The basement button was also pressed indicating that Rohit chauhan was headed to the parking lot in the basement to head home.

Man:(who was in the lift along with Rohit)"Sir we have just gotten the list for upcoming projects this month. Ashish sir has suggested you take a look at them right away"( He said as he looked at something on his phone)

Rohit:"It is that urgent. We were heading home Amit"

Man:"I am sorry sir I just got the mail. It's seems there is an issue."

Rohit:"Okay call Adi and Ashish to my office"( The girls stayed quite as the elevator stopped at the ground floor, they exited and greeted to Rohit before heading out)

Arohi:"It really must be stressful handling such a big company "

Sonia:"oh that it is but I heard Rohit sir's sons handle everything nicely. He is soon heading towards retirement I am sure. He has worked so hard and even his sons are Hardworking and down to heart."

Arohi:"Oh..have you met them?"

Sonia:"Not personally but I have seen Ashish sir. His elder son. He look like a carbon copy of his father. Ashish sir is actually strict from what I have heard but he cares alot about his employees. Though our seniors were telling me that whenever he is with his family or wife, he is a total different person. Always smiling and forgiving "

Arohi:"Ohh"

Sonia:"Then there is Aditya sir. He is the second son of Rohit sir. But he hasn't taken his boss postion yet. He wanted to work from starting and not just obtain the boss position without any effort. Though I think everyone agrees that both sons of the chauhan deserve their posts."

Arohi:"Aditya..."

For a second her mind went on her Aditya. The Aditya she knew as a friend but then she shock her thoughts away. There are millions of Aditya's in india. Surely the world wouldn't be so small. But to think of it Arohi had never actually asked about Aditya's last name. Yes in roll call, she might have heard it onces or twice but she never really payed attention to it. I mean why would she. Heck she and Aditya had communicated for some time before with even knowing each others first names. Those memories were special as now that she thinks of them they make her smile. But the point is The person itself is more then just his or her name.
