Chapter 33| Inner feelings

Aditya's phone rang again and this time Arohi looked at the caller Id. It was someone called Bhai. She guessed it to be Aditya's brother. Then things dawned upon her. The girls lived alone so no one would have any doubt or worry as to why they didn't return home today, but the guys. They had family members back home who would be worried tremendously for them. What should she do now? She looked at Aditya, who was zoned out looking carefully at his figures as if they were the most interesting things in the world, before looking back at the phone which was in her hand ringing continuously . She was stuck in a dilemma.

Should she pick up the call and inform Aditya's brother of the situation? How would he react to the fact that his brother is drunk? She truly doesn't know what kind of a person he was to know his reaction to such situation. If he was similar to Adi, then she knew he would be understanding but what if he was complete opposite. What if this caused a problem in Aditya's life? But if she didn't pick up then it would worry Aditya's parents more. What should she do?

Arohi:(After lot of thinking she picked up the call)"H..."( Before she can even say something she heard a worried tone of a man speak through the phone)

Ashish:"Hello Adi? Why aren't you replying to my messages or picking up my phone? You know how worried I am here. You should have been back by 9 but it's already 11 now. At least inform me if you are going to be late. Your Bhabhi is worried sick calling you for the past 1 hour. Now speak something will you"( Arohi quietly listened to the rant of Ashish as if her own brother was scolding her. She felt a fatherly vibe from his words but at the same time a brotherly protection as well)

Arohi:"He..Hello Bhaiya. I am Arohi, Aditya's friend "

Ashish:( Stopped shocked for a minute before he spoke again)"Oh I am sorry Arohi. I thought it was Aditya"

Arohi:"Oh no no Bhaiya. I didn't mind at all and obviously it's Aditya's phone so you would think it's him"

Ashish:"Yeah. Where is Adi?"

Arohi:( She looked towards Aditya who was playing or say talking to Arohi's phone as if it was a living being)"Actually Bhaiya there has been a problem"

Ashish:"What happened? Are you alright? Is Adi alright?"

Arohi:"Yeah actually we came to the village tour area"

Ashish:"Yeah adi told me "

Arohi:"So today..."( Arohi went on to explain how the guys got drunk and how they are stuck at the hotel as if now)"I am sorry bhaiya. The situation became like this. It  truly wasn't the boys fault. Aditya or the other 3 would never purposely get drunk in such situations."

Ashish:(After thinking things through)"Arohi clam down please. I trust my brother. I know he isn't this careless. And I trust your words too. As if now we should focus on the current situation as we can't change what happened. Okay do me a favor and Message me the hotel name and Address along with the room numbers"

Arohi:"Okay Bhaiya. Are you planning on coming here"

Ashish:"I would have but it seems of no use now. It's already late and it will take few hours for me to come. I'll just look into the hotel and talk to them once to make sure you and your friends are safe and then we have to wait till Morning. "

Arohi:"Okay "

Ashish:"Let me call you back in a moment "

Arohi:"Ji Bhaiya"( Arohi ended the call and sat beside Aditya again)

Aditya:"Aruu...I want to talk to bhaii"

Arohi:"oh okay he will call again then you can talk okay"

Aditya:"Okay...Aru do you have a bhai?'
