(Literal trigger warning at the end.)
A few things had happened within the first three months of fall (August, September, October).
Controlling your energy levels was becoming much easier now that you had a grip on how to use them in different situations. Keeping them solidified for limited platforms was one part, as you could make disc shapes out of them that you could walk on, or bounce over. You could also make shields, pulsating floating orbs, and grenades. Said grenades were definitely tiny and very dangerous, but you would only use them in extreme cases. And said extreme cases only happened twice, with break-ins from HYDRA. You had a few guesses as to why they had done so, but nothing that pertained to you (you think).
Your training with regular weapons and hand to hand combat had also greatly improved, as metallic batons with rubber handles seemed to be your best things. Even though you did like training with daggers too under Loki's supervision, Steve and Tony were a bit more adamant on making sure the gym didn't turn into another romantic rendezvous between the both of you.
You also got to meet three new additions to the team. An intern, and a pair of twins. (To which was one of the reasons of HYDRA, they had been part of them and escaped.) Peter Parker, Tony's actual ward who was interning for a spot in the company and a scholarship into MIT, was as weird as you, and such high energy and positivity that he got along with everyone. His curiosity was also up there, and once he was introduced to Cookie Loki had become just a tad bit jealous of his fur baby being happy to see Peter each time he came to the tower.
Then there were the twins. Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Due to HYDRA also messing with them, they had been trained and given powers. Pietro was super fast, and Wanda was basically a witch with red glowing powers. She was a bit more reserved than her brother, but they both tended to follow you and Nat around like ducklings. You didn't mind, as having them around made you feel like a big sister (even if you were all around the same age.)
Wanda did tend to train with Loki quite a lot because her powers were as magical as his, just less tamed, but she was very happy to have a teacher.
Oh, did you mention that somehow, some kind of way, Tony had given Jarvis an actual form. Using your stored energy, some type of metal called vibranium, and the mind stone that had been put in his possession, Jarvis was now a physical AI. An Android, red and still British, and attached to Wanda. They both enjoyed each other's presence, and weren't in any trouble together.
And now, Halloween is here. It had been two months since the trio of newbies had joined, and they all had their own rooms. (Tony had upgraded another floor for bedrooms, so now the twins and Peter stayed two floors down, putting the lounge area between you all.) Not to mention Tony had spent even more money getting essentials for them. He wasn't profiting off of your energy, but he still was using it. Especially now that he had FRIDAY as his next AI. Her voice was fun to you.
Getting back to the topic of Halloween!
Tony was throwing a party for the night, and had invited quite the mass of close friends and coworkers, and a few people of the paparazzi. It was mandatory for everyone to be there, as the lounge had been rearranged to accommodate for all of the spooky vibes and buffet table. Parties still weren't your thing, but when you add Halloween to it, you'd be there for sure. Mostly.
Everyone had to dress up, Cookie included, so you were buzzing around with excitement.
Tony was going as Aerosmith.
Bruce was dressed as Doc from Back to The Future.
Nat and Clint went with a Snow White and The Huntsman sort of thing.
Steve, Bucky, and their friend Sam had all dressed up as The Three Musketeers.
Thor was dressed as a huge Tickle Me Elmo.
Wanda and Vision had dressed up as the couple from The Dick Van Dyke Show.
Peter was dressed as Luke Skywalker.
Pietro was dressed as a vampire.
Cookie was dressed as a lil angel.
