"He's really alive!" the man looked at Anamaria with sleepy eyes before picking up the bottom of her top and pulling it towards him.

"Wow there dude" Ana pulled back before he could wipe his mouth with her clothes "These are borrowed"

The stranger shrugged before continuing to eat from his pile of food and taking bits from Ana's and the closest other customer's. She was so used to Luffy taking her food back on the ship. The owner turned to look at the man and talk to him a bit, still a bit cautious of him.

"Did you really fall asleep?" the chef asked him as he handed Anamaria her rum.

"Yea, I fell asleep" Ace hums in acknowledgement as he got back to eating.

"In the middle of a conversation?!" the other patrons look at him in utter shock.

"What's wrong with you guys?" Ace grows confused at everyone's surprise, but keeps eating.

"WE WERE WORRIED ABOUT YOU!" everyone, but Anamaria, shouted. Ace just shrugs at their complaints, before he turns to the chef, and points to the patrons.

"Did you hire a comedy show or something?" the chef slowly just tiredly smiles as Ana looked at the younger man from the corner of her eye, not being able to take from her mind how he reminded her of her captain.

"No I didn't. Anyway, I'm glad you're ok" the owner said. Before Ace can say anything, he suddenly falls asleep, and lands face first into his meal again "HEY, QUIT FALLING ASLEEP!"

Ace does his best to ignore the weird chuckling girl next to him, as he takes a wanted poster out of his pocket.

"Hey old man, have you seen this pirate anywhere?"

"What do you need?" the chef knits his eyebrows in thought as he takes a closer look at Luffy's photo.

"Have you seen this Straw Hat guy come into town lately?" the strange man asked.

"Sorry, haven't seen him" he quickly shakes his head before he gets back to work. Ana nearly sputtered out the last swig of her drink when she recognised the man on the WANTED poster.

"Looks like you don't have a problem eating and making enemies in public places Portgas D. Ace"

Everyone freezes at the deep voice by the doorway, and turns to the source to see a pale muscular man with two cigars in his mouth and glaring at the freckled man at the counter. Anamaria looks in interest at the white haired marine captain before her lips curl up into a small smile from the excitement. As she takes a closer look at the angry man, she can see the several cigars in his mouth and white hair.

"Now, what's the commander of the Whitebeard Pirates' Second Division doing in this country?" the newcomer asked the man. Everyone, even Anamaria, stared at the dark haired man in new shock.

"He's really one of the Whitebeard Pirates?!"

"I knew I saw that tattoo before!"

"What's he doing here?!"

Ace couldn't help but snicker at everyone's surprise, before he turns around in his seat, and smirks at the marine.

"I'm out here looking for my little brother" he said.

"Brother?!" Ana said in an outburst before she covered her mouth. Luckily everyone was far too concentrated on the other two men facing off to hear her shout.
