"And apparently Sengoku resigned so they also lost him. The Government's falling apart" Ace smirked darkly behind his mask.

"And them letting me join won't do them much help now will it?" Anamaria replied as her smirk also grew.

The two pirates stared back at the Base that was growing smaller and smaller before throwing their head back and cackling together like crazed people.

Anamaria and Ace finally sailed back to Turtle Island and were welcomed by the sight of most of the villagers crowding around the coast, a clear wet trail etched into the sand where Sable had apparently come up.

The moment the Sea Serpent docked near the land Ana saw Tora throw a rope over to her and she took a hold of it, hooking it to the ship and making the water rise up until it was several feet over the beach and then making it retreat from under the ship so that it was docked.

"What happened?" Anamaria asked them after she had leapt off the ship, landing in one fluid motion on the sand and walking up to Tora.

"We were just doing our daily chores when we heard a shout from the cave with the shiny things just two days ago" the huge man explained "When we went to check we were attacked by someone throwing the shiny things at us. Sable-sama tried to go inside but she appears to have gotten..." Tora looked around as if to see whether the snake was nearby before going on "...bigger since the last time you were here"

"Show me" Anamaria asked him before turning to Ace to see that he was being dragged away by a smiling Kia.

She let the man and Hana, who had joined them after giving Ana a welcome smile, take her to the cave. Ana was dragging the bag of Beries she had stolen from Big Mom to leave with the rest of her treasure when the moment her foot made it past the cave's entrance corner, a gold chalice was thrown at it.

"NO ONE SHALL TAKE MA BOOTY!!" someone shouted from inside as Anamaria cursed while clutching her foot where the chalice had landed.

"I'm gonna fuck up whoever...wait" Ana's eyes widened in shock when she recognised the person that had shouted "No"

She came around the corner, dodging her head as another golden volley came at her, and froze at the sight of the person that was laughing on top of the pile of Beries, flipping his hand over the pile of papers that he was holding as his eyes shone at the sight of the numbers printed on them.

He was wearing the usual pirate attire with a white blouse and dark pants, a contrasting red bandana covering most of his forehead and over that a typical pirate hat.

His hair was dark and long, made into multiple braids and adorned with random trinkets. His eyes were lined with kohl making it look like he had black eyeshadow around his eyes. The man froze when his eyes met the woman's.

"Annie?"

"Jack" Anamaria gasped out.

She ignored Tora and Hana who were poking their head inside curiously after they didn't hear something after a while and rushed at her brother with a surge of emotions.

Ana jumped up into her brother's arms and cried for the first time in years as the man wrapped his arms around her and also hugged her back.

"Ana-sama?" Hana slowly walked inside after watching the two hug.
