My Dear Teacher...2

not a update.

So guys sorry but no update today. But today I couldn't update because I went to Kolkata international book fair....

It was fabulous. All of my favourite things were there. Books, writer and moor books.

Sooooo... No update sorry.

But all today something horrible happened.

I wanna tell you guys the story...

I went there with a aim today. To meet my favourite writer.... I am not gonna take her name. But she is a huge huge writer in bengal. Her books are awesome. I am so in love with her stories. Anyway I saw it in her Facebook story that she is gonna be there at her stall between 4 pm to 6pm. So I was so happy.

As we entered through gate 7 . Her publisher's book stall was there at the front. So we went browse through the books and me and my two other friends bought her some of her books. Because it was just 1 pm and the shop was not yet crowded. So we thought we would buy books now and come back later to get it autographed.

So we bought the books. I bought one book. Cause they were costly. My two  friends bought two and one two books each. So went went to the register and paid. And we saw some other writers name written on the board. So that means that other writer was coming. We were sad.

But we needed to confirm it. So we asked the shop keeper if my fav writer is coming today. And the stupid shopkeeper told us no. You'll know why I called the shopkeeper stupid in a minute.

So we were very disappointed. Cause our motive to go to the book fair was to get to meet her and get her autograph. Also look read and buy books... Cough cough.

So I looked at the post again it says 20 th Jan it's today right? I said to my friend.

Yeah...but shopkeeper would know the best he said.

But my fav writer isn't lying in her  FB post right?

I was still in disbelief. Cause I believed my fav writer more than that stupid shopkeeper.

Anyhow my friends believed the shopkeeper more...like it's their they would know better who is coming or not. And the writer is infact one of the best selling author in their publication.

So we went somewhere else. We browse through the whole fair. Ate delicious food enjoyed our time...

It was so fun so big...lots and lots of books everywhere it's like heaven for me. So me and my friends looked through the whole fair watched some performances

After emptying our pockets and dumping our hard earn money on books we returned with a foot ache and  tiredness.

We safely returned home with a lot of books empty pockets and disappointment of not meeting our fav writer although we thought she didn't came.

But but but but.....

When I was eating my dinner I opened to check my fb. And there was a update from my fav writer.

Guess from where?

Kolkata book fair...

Guess when?

20 th Jan between 4 pm to 6pm.

And guess who didn't get to meet her fav writer?

Me 🙋🏾‍♀️

So yeah. I saw pictures of her book signing at Kolkata book fair at that store.

That the idiot shopkeeper said she isn't gonna come.

So.... Yeah... It was 50-50.

But the disappointment is worst now. Leave some comforting comments.. please 🥺.

Here's all the books I bought.  I wanted more buy my gf didn't let me buy cause..." I bought too much."

I was like " okay...mom.!" 🙄

Is this too many?

In my defence I didn't even get to meet my fav writer I think I deserve this much.
