It's official: I'm Ikeshot trash.

And I'm also back lol

They probably are going to be my main ship for a while, just like Javey used to be, because Javey, as much as I love them, have begun to feel common. I KNOW. IM JUST AS SHOCKED AS YOU ARE.

What I mean is Javey is discovered land—we came, we saw, we colonized—and Ikeshot ISN'T. It's fresh, it's new; it has Ike. What more could I want?

So, look forward to less Javey and more Ike and his house trained boyfriend, Hotshot (watch the next oneshot be javey- )

Enjoy!

To be completely honest, if Spot were anyone else, he would let the pounding knocks on his front door continue until the person's hand tired out, or they broke into his apartment and took all of Hotshot's valuables. But Albert was sleeping on the couch, and although he was sure the redhead couldn't hear much of the resounding sound, it annoyed him to think someone would disturb his peace.

After a series of continuous knocking, Spot marched to the front door and swung it open, his brows furrowed with anger and his face red with frustration. "What the hell do you want?"

Ike raised a brow at the shorter man's tone, ready to stand and argue with him despite his finger's aching from the bag's in his hands. "What the hell happened to "Good morning, beautiful husband of my best friend! How your presence lights up my day!"

Spot rolled his eyes and widened the door way, watching as Ike stepped in comfortably. However annoyed he was could wait—he didn't feel like being sweared in a language he couldn't understand. It was too early in the morning to deal with any of Ike's sass on a good day, much less the day after his late shift at work.

"Shot's not here", he mumbled, joining Ike in the kitchen, where he began to pull groceries from his bag. "He went on a walk. Also, Red's sleeping, so please, and as kindly as I can possibly mean this, whisper. I know that's hard for you, but try for a friend of yours."

Ike rolled his eyes. "I'm going to let that slide because of the circumstances. But just know I'd hurt you on any other day."

Spot waved him away. Ike wasn't in any tactical condition to hurt him—he was Hotshot's best man at their wedding and letting Hotshot stay with him while their apartment building was exhumed for a bug infestation. Plus Hotshot wouldn't like it if his husband murdered him, at least he thought so. He didn't quite know what was on or off the table when it came to marriage. I'll ask Albert later. "Why are you here?"

"To make breakfast."

"Hm. You finally decided to do something useful."

Ike turned away from the groceries and stared Spot down. "You can starve or eat whatever garbage you force down Albert's throat. He probably hasn't had a decent meal in four months."

Spot loved when Ike came over.

Albert woke up just after Ike finished cooking. His chest felt cold and sweaty as the blanket he didn't put on himself slipped away from him, and he sleepily looked around for his boyfriend. "Spot, what are you making?"

"Nothing, baby", Spot signed, looking over to see his boyfriend hadn't seen him. He waited for Albert to gather himself, smiling to himself when he rubbed his eyes from sleep and yawned widely. His hair was less impressive than normal, sitting a top his head with as much grace as a wet cat, but Spot still wanted to run his fingers through it. Albert was just cute.
