The girls watched you wipe some sweat away from your skin with the sleeve of your sweater as you all took a breath when the song ended.

The day here in practice isn't even close to ending since it's only a little after one in the afternoon but you've all been here for a few hours now as you work hard to nail the choreography or the upcoming comeback.

You're exhausted and sweating tremendously but you know the sweater you're wearing is playing a big part in why you're so warm and sweating so much.

"Y/N, just take the sweater off. You're going to have a heat stroke if you keep going this way." Chaewon chuckled.

"I'm fine." You said before taking in a shaky breath. "I just need some water."

Chaewon nodded before she and Sakura got caught up in conversation.

Meanwhile, Kazuha had her eyes on you.

Something didn't feel right.

It's clear that you're overheated and the most logical solution to helping you feel better is taking off your sweater.

She couldn't understand why you were so reluctant to do so but it was making her worry and she immediately came to your side to talk to you about it.

"Are you okay?"

You turned to look at her and nodded your head before playing it off as nothing.

"I'm good. I'm just thirsty."

"And soaked with sweat. Why don't you just take this sweater off? You're overheated and that's not good. It's going to make you pass out sooner or later."

Although that was a concern for you, you had a secret and you couldn't bear anyone finding out about it.

"Let me help you."

"No, Kazuha, I can do it myself!" You argued as she tried to pull it off.

She reached for your wrist when you tried to pull away and when she did so, your sleeve pulled up slightly and that's when she saw them.

"Oh my god..." She whispered as she looked closer at the marks on your arms.

"It's nothing." You said and tried to pull your sleeve down, only for her to stop you.

"Don't." She softly spoke as she gazed into your eyes, pleading for you to open up to her.

She looked at the girls and saw that they were occupied so she pulled you out of the room and into the bathroom down the hall.

No one else was in there and you needed some privacy to talk.

"Are you cutting yourself?" She asked with a worried gaze and you looked down at the floor before nodding. "Oh, Y/N... why?"

"I don't know. It just happened. It's all become too much lately. Don't get me wrong, I love being an idol and I love getting to live out my dreams but the hate has been so intense lately and I just didn't know where to turn. So I started doing this and it helped relieve the pain."

She gently took your hand into hers and when you looked into her eyes, you saw a soft look inside them, as if she was wordlessly telling you that she understood.

There was no judgment and no terrible reaction like you worried there would be if anyone found out.

"It just got to be too much." You confessed. "I felt overwhelmed."

"You could've come to me or any of us." She reminded you.

"I know. But I didn't know what to say and I was just afraid."

"You don't ever have to be afraid." She said before stroking your cheek softly. "We're here for each other. We support each other, through the good and the bad."

Your lower lip trembled as tears began to fall from your eyes.

"I'm sorry."

"Don't say sorry. It's okay." She said before letting you throw your arms around her. "I know it's hard, I've been struggling with the hate and everything too. It gets to us all sometimes. But you're not alone. None of us are. We have each other to lean on and we're here for each other."

You pulled your face away from her neck and looked into her eyes.

"I'm here for you. If, for any reason, you feel like you can't turn to anyone else, you can always turn to me. I will always hear you out and I will always be here for you. I promise."

You sniffled and nodded your head.

"We have to tell the girls and get you some help for this."

You lifted your head and looked at her with wide eyes, both thoughts scaring you.

"You're not alone. You won't be alone during any of this. But there are better and safer ways for you to deal with your emotions and the pain that you feel. You can get through this and overcome it, I know you can. Please let me help. Let me tell the girls so we can all help."

It was a little scary but you agreed nonetheless.

"Before we go in and tell them, can you hold me? For a few minutes? I need you to hold me."

"Of course." She said before pulling you close.

Your tears fell against her skin and she knew that your tears were a mix of both relief and worry because telling the girls and taking the steps to overcome this was a little scary.

But you weren't alone, you knew that.

You have Kazuha and the girls every step of the way, no matter what the future holds and no matter what you have to do.

Things will always be okay as long as you have your girls to lean on.
