Birthday Surprise!!

Maya's P.O.V.
Today is my birthday and I'm really happy. I have my family back with me, a new member with that. I'm seventeen, well at least I will be in a few hours.

Sawyer's P.O.V.
Today is Maya's birthday and I have a big surprise for her.

Maya's P.O.V.
I'm currently scrolling through Twitter right now and laying in bed, about to get dressed when I see Sawyer come through the door with a tray full of eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee.

"Awe baby! Thank you, you didn't have to do this!" I said smiling like an idiot.

"Happy birthday princess!" He replied coming and putting the tray on the side table next to the bed.

He laid next to me and gave me a sweet kiss.

"Happy birthday Maya!" Sawyer said hugging me.

"Thank you Sawyer." I replied hugging him back.

I took the tray and sat it on my lap. I took a bite of the toast that was spread with peanut butter. That's my favorite spread to put on toast. I didn't even know that Sawyer knew that.

"This is so good." I said to Sawyer.

"Thank you." He replied.

I lifted up the napkin to wipe my mouth when I saw a note under it.

Dear princess, happy birthday first of all! I'm so happy that I'm here with you to be able to celebrate this great time with you. I have a surprise for you after you eat. Now don't rush, there's no hurry. Your presents not going anywhere I promise. Dress casual, I love you baby girl. Sincerely, Sawyer.

"Awe baby! That's so sweet. I'll finish eating and then go and get dressed." I said.

"Okay." He replied getting up from bed and going outside where I had to call somebody very special to Maya.

"Hello?"

"Hey, it's Sawyer." I replied.

"Oh hey, is the plan still on?" He asked.

"Yup. Maya's going to freak." I replied.

"Yeah she is, I can't believe that I finally get to see her again after all this time. I miss her so much." He said.

"She's going to love it." I replied.

"Okay, so I'm meeting you at the airport at 2:00 right?" He asked.

"Yes. Gate B." I replied.

"Got it. See you then Sawyer."

"See you." I replied and hung up the phone. Maya's going to be so shocked at what's in store for her.

I walk into Mariah's room who's packing a bag for her and Marcus right now while Marcus is in his play pin playing with his toys and watching Toy Story.

"Hey, how's it going in here?" I asked.

"Great. I'm almost done. How's the plan?" She asked.

"Good. We're meeting at two." I replied.

"Okay." She said zipping up both bags.

"All done?"

"All done." She replied.

I helped her take the bags to the front door while she took Marcus into the living room.

I walked back to me and Maya's room to see she's putting her shoes on.

"All ready?" I asked.

"Yup." She replied.

"Good." I replied.
