"good morning auntie" I greeted Catherine's mom with a smile when she came and welcomed me into their home. For the past week I've been visiting Catherine in their home, making her get at ease with me. so far my visits had been smooth sailing since both uncle and auntie are out of the country. Though Catherine's guard are always observing their presence it more manageable compare to uncle.

"Good morning, Ryuuji. You're here to see Catherine?" I nodded in answer

"here auntie, some gifts" I gave her the paper bag I am holding, containing sweets that I had personally ordered. Forging good relations with auntie Cataline is akin to having a good backing. Compare to Clyde and uncle, auntie Catalina hold more power in this household so if one wants to make connections getting ahold of the strongest among the group is the safest bet.

"thank you. come, Catherine and I are having some lesson and she's in the bar"

"bar?" auntie chuckled

"I'm having her trained to hold her alcohol. Right now she just consumed a glass of wine and she's already out of it. Right now both my husband, Clyde and Gram is out so I decided to have a break since if we continued on, the house might possibly break" memories of the time that Catherine had gotten drunk floated in my mind as I braced myself on what of the two interesting personalities of her drunk self am I going to meet today. "typically I wouldn't let anyone see my daughter like this but since you two are already engaged I guess it would be better for you to see her in this state already for you to know what kind of girl my daughter is when she's drunk" she stopped on a closed door "Ryuuji, right now i had no great expectation on this engagement however make no mistake that if you do something to hurt my daughter" auntie walk forward until she's standing on my left "I will destroy you" her eyes turned sharp and her whole aura emitted a strong killing intent that would make an ordinary man cower in fear

"I understand" I said to her before opening the door.

"eh?" i was caught unaware when my female classmates suddenly circled me
