Krystal's P.O.V:
Everybody was silent as they stared at me. I rolled my eyes before standing up. "Where do you think you're going," asked my teacher. I answered," To the front office." "No you are not," she/he replied. I stated," It is quite obvious whoever is in that office wants me. They will come down here to get me and murder every single one of you. I'm doing you all a favor. I'll be fine; now can you unlock the door so I may leave?" Again everything was silent and everyone was staring at me. My teacher sighed before unwillingly unlocking the door. "Don't make me regret this," she/he said. I replied with a smile," You won't." I walked out into the hall as I gave Ceil and Alois a 'goodbye' look. Since they know of my powers, they aren't too worried.
I slowly and silently started to walk my way towards the front office, passing classrooms and other offices. Once I reached the front office, I saw our secretary tied up and gagged. She was crying and shaking from being scared. I un-gagged her as I said," You need to calm down." She looked at me, still crying and shaking. I gave her my cellphone and whispered," Call the police when I am in the principals room." Our secretary continued to cry and shake, but nodded at my words. "Good," I replied before I loosened her ties so she will be able to call.
I took a deep breath before I walked into the principal's office. There was 5 guys in the room, 6 if you count the guy in the principal's chair. "What do you want with me? Where's the principal," I questioned. The person in the chair spun around to face me. "You," I exclaimed. Darrien* smirked as he said," Long time no see, Krystal." I stood in front of his desk glaring at him. " To answer your second question, the principal was already out before I got here," he stated with a smile. I asked, still glaring," And why should I believe you?" "Because I have no reason to lie," Darrien answered," and even though you don't want to believe a word I say, you have no choice." I bit my cheek in anger as I knew he was right. "Now for your first question," he continued," I know what you are, your magical being. You see, I am also like you. I have magical powers as well and I want to see if I can beat you." "That's it," I questioned," you made the school go on lockdown so we could fight?"
"No, no, no. You see, I also know about your little friends being from a different time period," Darrien replied, handing me a folded piece of paper. I asked," What is this?" "It's a spell to put your friends back into their rightful period," he stated," for us to fight, I want your time period friends to go back to their world and I must be there to see it happen." "Why should I," I argued," you don't even know their time period." "Oh, but I do. Plus if you choose not too," he replied, nodding to one of his minions. The minion brought out a beated-up Ashley. "Ash," I exclaimed about to go to her when a gun was pointed to her head. "You see if you don't, I will kill her," Darrien said, smugly. I asked," How do I know you aren't going to kill her when they go through the portal?" "You don't," he stated, gathering somethings," You have until next Friday at 6 o'clock in the afternoon. I'll meet you at your house. Oh and don't follow us, that'll just make her life end sooner." "What happens if you loose," I asked as he and his crew got onto the window-ceil. Darrien smirked and said," I'll be dead and your friend will go free. However, if you loose, you will be dead and Ashley will be my slave."
Before I could say anything more, Darrien and his followers jumped out of the window, escaping right as the police kicked down the door. I put my hands on my head and knelled down, looking as if I might cry. "T-they left through the window," I stuttered," they had masks on, I-I couldn't see who they were." A police officer took hold of me as he said," It's going to be alright miss. Now, did any of them talk to you? Did you see how many there was?" "Only one of them talked to me. There was 6 people, I-I think they were all males," I answered, looking down in my lap. After a couple of more questions, the school undid the lockdown and sent everyone home.
