Today's the registration for clubs and as the president of the student council, I'm the overall in charge for the said event. And I hate having problems with my projects, more so having not enough time to fix it. So, at 5:30 in the morning, I'm already at school.

Pero mukhang may mas maaga pa kaysa sa 'kin. I looked at Lucas' car in disbelief. Surprisingly, he's early today. Gusto ko nga sanang tumutol na sila ang mag-aayos sa gym but Miss Castillo said it was part of their punishment. I just hope that they really work and finish on time.

I went inside, straight to the gym. I saw Lucas standing on the entrance. That's good. I'm glad he's taking it seriously. But then again, why is he just standing there? Hindi pa ba siya magsisimula?

Pagdating sa entrance, natigilan din ako. Wow! Didn't expect that all. The gym was all set and judging from the look of it, it was better than I expected. They can produce something like this? That, is a total surprise coming from two people who can't seem to agree with anything.

The gym is huge and yesterday before I went home, mga tables at chairs pa lang ang nandito pero hindi pa nakaayos, basta itinambak lang ng staff. But now, the event can actually start right this very moment. And to think that it's just 5:30 in the morning.

I stood beside Lucas. "Nice work!" I commented. We may not be in good terms but what they did really was exemplary. "I must say, your work's incredible."

He remained emotionless.

If he just arrived, then... "Who didi that?" I pointed at the gym.

"You're here." She emerged from the corner of the gym. She looked... exhausted. Laki pa ng eyebags. What happened to her?

Agad siyang nilapitan ni Lucas. "Are you okay?" he asked. My eyebrow went up. What's with him and the worry in his voice? Wait, he doesn't know she's here? "Don't tell me ikaw may gawa nito?" He pointed inside.

"Okay, I won't tell you."

I scoffed. No matter what time and situation, hindi siya makausap nang matino.

"So, ikaw nga?!" Lucas' voice went up a bit. Muli kong pinasadahan ng tingin si Yesha. No wonder she's like that. Did she even have a decent sleep?

"Are you shouting at me?" Yesha fired back. She didn't shout but there was something in her voice: threat. I sneered inwardly when Lucas immediately retracted. What the fvck? Since when did he become like this? Since when did they become like that? And now... I don't know exactly but they're different. It's as if their relationship took a 360 degree turn.

"Hindi naman," Lucas replied softly, like a little kitten. My lips parted. In shock. In disbelief. Is this really Lucas? "Kaya lang kasi dapat dalawa tayo 'di ba?" he asked calmly.
