[Taissa's POV]

I get to the cafe and begin to walk inside but a hand is laid on my shoulder. I spin around, my heart skipping but it settles as I see it's Devin.

"Hey" He says, flashing a smile.

"Hi" I chirp as he hugs me.

"Let's get out of here" He says pulling me back.

"What do you mean?" I pause, thinking of Evan for a moment. "Where"

"Club?" Devin asks , smirking.

I hesitate before nodding. "Yeah let's go."

*At Club*

We enter the big building, the floor thumping as the music wails. Devin has an arm around me, friends do that right?

We order a drink and take a seat at the bar. "How was your husband after the fight" He says, taking a swig of his drink, dark eyes following mine.

"Uh, he was good" I shift awkwardly, talking about Evan with him made me uncomfortable.

"Does he know you're with me?" He says quietly in a deep alluring voice. I pull back my hair and bite my lip.

"No, I told him I was at a meeting." I say grinning. What the hell am I doing.

He raises his eyebrows. "Oh really now"

"We should do this more often" I suggest, watching the cherry from my drink. He nods in agreement, placing a hand on my thigh.

"Maybe sometime we can go to my place for a few hours" He tops the statement with a wink and sliding the hand up further.

"Maybe" I say slowly, unsure. Suddenly I gasp as his hand made it's way up my skirt. Guilt and pleasure shoot through me and I squeeze my legs shut, panic welling up. Devin frowns and apologizes. "I shouldn't be here" I say sounding like a child.

"No, no. Stay longer." He whines bringing me into an embrace. I huff but shake my head. Evan would be so angry if he found out, why was I doing this in the first place, I had a great life. Devin strong hand quicken squeezes my but as I turn to leave. I scowl at him but when I twisted around to the door again, a small smile grew on my face.
