After a long three weeks of being in and out of a hospital, we were all finally back home.
I carry Nico in as we walk through the from door of our home.
It seems like everything has changed, it seems duller.
" you hungry little one? I could whip up some black bean noodles for you with some rice? " Jin offers in a soft tone.
Nico only shakes her head no.
" I'm not hungry "
I wake up to soft cartoons playing on the tv, Nico still asleep in my arms.
It's 8:37 PM, we slept the whole day almost.
I softly run my hand through Nico's hair in attempts to wake her up.
It works as she starts to move around and cuddle into my chest more.
A knock is heard as I still try to wake Nico up in the softest way possible.
" come in " I say.
The door opens and jimin walks in.
He smiles at the sight of me and Nico.
" hey, Jin made dinner. Why don't you both come down it's been awhile since you both last ate " he whispers taking note of the knocked out Nico.
" we'll be down in a few start without us " I say making him nod.
I kiss my way up from Nico's neck to her forehead.
" it's time to wake up baby " I mumble into her.
She groans as she shakes her head no.
" come on precious you need to eat " I say rubbing her bottom softly.
" I don't wanna eat " she whines.
My hand gently lands a small smack on her bottom making her squeal in surprise.
" well you have to, good girls get treats and if you keep this up you won't get one " I say into her ear.
She makes an annoyed face at me as she extends her arms out slightly.
I smile as I kiss her nose and pick her up in one go.
" smile baby, everything will be alright soon "
