⚠️ hey, this is not an update ⚠️

so i'm not really good with words when it comes to serious things, but i just couldn't not speak up...

for the past few days, i've been frustrated, betrayed, terrified, confused, exhausted, brokenhearted.

what happened to George Floyd, his death over an alleged fake 20$ which turned out to be real, his death by a xenophobic cop who knew him for 17 years, his death because of a knee on his neck for 7 minutes while crying out that he couldn't breathe. it's so sickening and haunting

Eric Garner, Breonna Taylor, Aiyana Jones, Philando Castile, Michael Brown, Breonna Taylor, Trayvon Martin

and too many more innocent black people are getting killed in the states and all across the fucking planet because police brutality. may they all Rest In Power!

innocent black people also getting hurt, shot and arrested, just for being black, a skin color that we didn't even choose.

there's been too much racism, oppression, violence and white supremacy. for over 400 years!

but the world can't go on like this. not anymore. it's time to fight for equality and freedom so that we and the next generation can live a better place! it's time to get justice for all the lives we lost and can never get back!

by sharing on social media, spreading awareness around us, signing petitions and donating, protesting peacefully, staying informed and united, standing together, loving and supporting each other.

if you're out protesting, thank you so much! it means a lot! please be careful and stay safe from the rubber bullets, tear gas, watch for curfews, etc.

idiotic cops be taking a knee, only to turn peaceful protests into riots! and those white dumb asses looting and breaking shit all around.

also y'all take care of your mental health, take a break from all the news once in a while. it can be so overwhelming.

p.s. man i know this ain't about bts, but i do wish they'd speak up about BLM. they have one of the biggest platforms and fandom so it could go such a long way. but then in my opinion just bc we don't see it doesn't mean they don't care or aren't supportive.
