"How did you do it?" Ron asks snarkily. Harry is silent. "Never mind. Doesn't matter. You could have let your best friend know though."
"Let you know what?" Harry asks sitting up looking at Ron.
"You know bloody well what."
"I didn't ask for this to happen Ron." He lays back down. "Okay? You're being stupid."
"Yeah, that's me, Ron Weasley... Harry Potter's stupid friend," he rolls his eyes.
"I didn't put my name in that cup. I don't WANT eternal glory I just wanna be... Look, I don't know what happened tonight and I don't know why it just did ok," Harry says standing at Ron's bed. Ron didn't reply so Harry scoffs and walks back to his own bed. As soon as Harry lays down Ron speaks.
"Piss off."
The next morning Harry meets Elizabeth and they walk to breakfast together. "Did you put your name into the Goblet?" Elizabeth asks. Harry looks at her. "Of course not!" He says defensively.
"Okay, just needed to hear it for myself," Elizabeth says smiling at him.
"Ron hates me," Harry says sadly.
"Seriously?" Harry nods before Elizabeth sighs. "Ignore him. He is jealous... I'm seeing Remus after class today... want to join?" Harry nods.
