Chapter Start

3rd pov:

Earlier that day~

Back to Kisaki and the others. Just as y/n said at Donny's, They have been caught by one of the Black Dragons. Fortunately they got away with it— with a little bit of money involve, that is.

"The four of us... will stop Hakkai..." Kisaki started as the others listen. "... and defeat Taiju!" He finished.

"Christmas night is when we'll have our decisive battle in secret." Kisaki stated. Then after a while he said, "There's something I've been thinking about. Mikey's not gonna last much longer."

"What?!" Takemichi ask in surprise.

"He acts like it doesn't bother him... but Baji's comatose state, Pah and Kazutora's arrests are dragging him down." Kisaki said. "Thankfully y/n is still there beside him... but would she be enough?" Kisaki added.

Hearing this, Chifuyu gritted his teeth in anger and shouted, "But you're the one who got him comatose—!"

"Chifuyu!" Takemichi cutted his partner off, stopping him from going at Kisaki's throat.

"Anyways, Toman's gonna dissolve at this rate! So we've gotta support Mikey!!" Kisaki said.

"We don't have to join up with you to do that!! Right, Takemitchy?!" Chifuyu stated.

"..."

"We're gonna operate with no one else in Toman knowing. No using any men from the third or sixth division either." Kisaki stated. "So that's why we need you guys."

"Takemitchy. I hate to waste time. I want an answer from you by tomorrow." Kisaki said before he and Hanma leave the building.

Chifuyu and Takemichi were now walking along the bustling street of Tokyo. 

"I'm against this." Chifuyu suddenly stated. "We don't have to join forces with Kisaki, Takemitchy! Just the two of us can do this!!"

"... Can we?" Takemichi ask after a minute of silence.

His response really made Chifuyu pissed off, an angry vein mark appeared on his cheek. Then he harshly grab Takemichi's shoulder and shouted, "He's the guy who got Baji-san and Hinata Tachibana murdered!! Don't you know that?! Heck, he might also be the one responsible for the plane crash!"

"Yes, I know!! But what else are we supposed to do?!" Takemichi also shouted while looking down. This made Chifuyu release his shoulders.

Takemichi then look at Chifuyu and continued, "Kill Kisaki?!! We can't do that!! What we really gotta do is get Kisaki the hell outta Toman!! And we gotta stop Hakkai from killing Taiju!! Heck, we also need to stop Kisaki's plan on killing Baji-san!!"

He then pause to inhale for a second before resuming, "I don't wanna join forces with that b*stard Kisaki, either!! But if we do, we might learn something about him!!" We could find out how to get him kick out of the gang!!"

Then he stop and look down on the ground inhaling and exhaling for a bit before he spoke, "I don't wanna see..." he then look directly at Chifuyu's eyes and continued, "A bad future for us ever again! I'll work with Kisaki if I have to! So please, Chifuyu! Help me do this!" He finished.

After a while, Chifuyu finally spoke.

"... Ah, jeez. Got no luck with the ladies this Christmas again." He said as he turn around and cross the road.
