CHAPTER 32

SPIRO

            “PHAMELA…” she extended her hand to shake mine. Her cheeks were so red while she was holding my hand. Her innocent face gave me this weird feeling the day she stepped into our house.

I can’t stop myself from staring at her. She’s our scholar. Must be brainy. Her hair is wavy at the tip and has a natural color of brown. Her skin is pale—I mean, it’s white. Her deep brown eyes and her beautiful lashes are making me shiver. Her nose is small and narrowed. Her lips is pink and looks kissable.

What? Kissable?

Gusto ko siya. I mean, as a person. She’s brainy. Alam ko agad ‘yon nang una ko siyang makita habang pababa ng hagdan dahil tinawag kami. The day she stepped into this house, parang inalay niya na sakin ang pagkatao niya.

She’s beautiful and nice. There is no doubt that she will gain suitors once the school year starts.

Babakuran ko siya ngayon pa lang.

I mean, of course she’s young! Masyado pang bata para tumanggap ng manliligaw.

I was planning to live alone. I was even planning to buy a penthouse for myself, but then this girl showed up and changed my mind about moving out.

“Spiro? Ubusin mo na ‘yan kasi bibili pa ata si Ethan.”

Nawala ang tingin ko kay Phamela na kasabay umalis ni Eirene papunta sa bahay nina Keinna. She heard us. She heard us talking about dirty things! Anong iisipin no’n? What if she gets scared of me?

Nakumpirma kong baliwala lang sakanya ang narinig niya nang bumalik silang tatlo para magpahatid sa mall. I am a little bit drunk, but I can still manage to drive. I won’t let them ride in a cab.

I let them do their girly thing. I was thinking about her while Louise was talking beside me. Hindi ko na nasundan pa ang mga sinasabi nila dahil abala ako sa pagbabantay ng oras.

“Ikaw na mag-uwi sakanila,” sinabi ko kay Garret na nakangisi. Tumango lang siya.

“Huh? Spiro, saan ka pupunta?” Louise asked, but I didn’t get a chance to answer her. I’m in a rush. I’m going to fetch those girls.

Bumaba ang tingin ko sa bag na dala ni Phamela. Lumipat ang tingin sa mukha niyang may ngisi pa. I gulped when my eyes fell to her lips. What the fuck?

“I’m hungry. We will just eat. You have to rest,” sabi ko kay Eirene nang maihatid ko na siya sa tapat ng bahay. Pinaharurot ko agad ang sasakyan para hindi na magtanong pa ang babaeng ‘yon.

“Bakit kasama pa ako?” Phamela asked.

“Don’t you want to eat with me?” I asked, but I know that she knows that I’m angry. Bakit niya tatanggihan ang alok ko?

I forced myself to eat even though I had no appetite. I just want to be with her. I just want to eat with her, so I forced myself to eat. Nakita kong nakatingin siya sakin habang pinipilit kong kumain.

“Ayoko na…” ngumuso siya. She handed me the glass of water.

“Huwag mong pilitin.” I smirked.

We finished our meal. While I was driving, my eyes caught her legs. Kumunot ang noo ko. Bakit gan’yan ang suot—fuck! Nag landing ang kamay ko sa hita niya! Well, I thought kambyo ‘yon! Nadulas ang kamay ko!

She was so scared when I chased her to her room. Iniisip niya bang pipilitin at gagahasain ko siya? Ew. Not my thing. Hindi pa ako namilit ng babae sa buong buhay ko. In fact, they're the one who's begging me to bed them.

The day after that, she's swimming. Wearing her stupid two-piece! Hindi ba nag-iisip ang babaeng 'to? Bakit siya lumalangoy kung gano'n ang suot niya?!

"We're sorry, Phamela! Hindi namin alam na nandito ka!" It was Klaus.

"O-okay lang. P-pwedeng paabot ng bathrobe?" I glared at the both of them.

"Let her get her robe. No one will go near Phamela. She's almost naked for fuck's sake." I said.

I heard her little footsteps. Maliliit ang hakbang niya na parang bata. I pouted my lips to stop myself from smiling. Tinanaw ko siya. She's looking at me. My eyes went to her body.
