Hailee's pov
We were happily playing Just dance with Violet watching us and wanting to play after. "Hahaha I won!" Kayden says seeing the score. "Okay let's play-" "SCARLETT INGRID JOHANSSON!" I turn around and see Melanie standing there looking mad about something.

"Who's dat?" Vi says and I pick her up just in case. Then I see mom walking up to her mom looking extra pissed. "Hey guys how about you go up to Hailee's room" momma says rushing in. "Are you guys gonna be okay? It's only been a couple of days since she was here" I ask walking to the stairs making sure my friends are in front of me.

"Don't worry about us okay?" She says but she looked a bit scared and worried but she hide that pretty well. She kisses my head then looks at Vi who's holding onto her penguin. "Vi, I want you to listen to your older sister. If she tells you to do something please do it okay?"

"Otay" she says. Why does this feel like we're never going to see them again? She then pushes us upstairs then runs back down. What is happening?

I walk in my room and see all my friends looking at me. "What's going on?" Zoe asks and I sigh and place Vi down before locking the door. "Family things" I tell them and set up my speaker so that we can't hear what's happening downstairs.

After I start playing some music, we all just chill on our phones. "Do you want to colour?" I ask Vi who was playing with some Barbie dolls on the floor. "Yes pwease!" She says and I get her colouring book and crayons. She left them here earlier. "Here you go" she immediately starts to colour.

Scarlett's pov
Why is she back here? I swear I will call the police on her. I then feel a presence behind me and I knew it was Lizzie. My mom looks behind me and rolls her eyes. "Oh lord, she'll be the death of me" she says coldly.

"What is wrong with you!? Don't ever say that again" I tell her but she seems like she doesn't give two fucks. "Why are you even with her when you could be with Chris" omg I swear.

"She's made a way to my heart. That's why not leave before I call the cops" I tell her but she just looks at her nails.

Hailee's pov
"Well, my momma she's always say it's stupid to get between a woman who knows what she wants" I told them and they nodded. "So your 'grandma' is saying that your mom shouldn't be with Lizzie and stuff like that" Kayden said and I nodded my head.

"This is what you get when you fall in love" Zoe says telling us that sometimes things happen like this when they are madly in love with her. "I tried once but it was once too much. You end up getting burn" she says.

"Um were you in a-" I ask her and she nods her head. "But we don't talk about her" oh? Her? Alright. "Besides I have someone else in mind" she looks at me and I look down hiding my blush.

It went silent with the music playing but we could still hear a little. We heard a loud bang or something. I don't know what it was. "Okay I'm calling the cops" Kaylee said grabbing her phone.

She talked to them. "They should be here any second now" she says hanging up. We hear another noise. "What's that?" Vi asks unlocking the door and running out. How did she do that?

I immediately run after her. "Violet stop!" I chase her downstairs and I see mom standing in front of momma but also in front of wall that had a hole in it. "Violet come back" I said finally reaching her.

I see momma shaking her head looking at us and I was scared. What happened to the wall? "Lizzie! Scarlett!" Vi shouts their names and I immediately shut her up. Melanie saw us and made her way towards us.

I backed away holding Violet on my hip making sure that she wasn't near her. "Who's this?" She asks and I looked over at mom who was coming closer to us just in case. "Um no one" I whisper. I was getting scared.

This brought back memories and I hate it. "Can I hold her?" She asks and I shake me head. She didn't listen so she tries to reach for her but I stop her then mom runs in between us. "What are you doing!? Don't touch them" she said and I was shaking.

We then heard police sirens then them running inside the house seeing what's happening. "Hailee?" I hear Kaylee run down the stairs. "It's her" she says pointing to Melanie. "Ma'am step away from the kids" the one police officer said but she didn't move.

She was staring at me like a weirdo. Now Vi was crying in my arms and I tried to calm her down but nothing was working. "You have the right to remain silent" the police office said pulling Melanie away.

"Honey are you okay?" Mom asks looking at me crying a little. I just nod my head not trusting my voice. "Hailee!" I look and see dad running towards me. What is he doing here? I don't care. "Dad!" I said giving Violet to mom and running to him hugging him.

"Are you okay?" He looks over me and I nod my head. "Can you check her please" he asks someone. I wasn't paying attention. "Sure" they said but I didn't want to go. "My friends" I whispered running upstairs as fast as I could.

Chris' pov
I already know what happened and it's all because of Melanie. Hailee runs off to her room I don't know why but she said something about friends? Anyways I look over and see Scar holding a crying Violet and trying to comfort Lizzie at the same time.

I walk over to them. "Hey want me to take care of Vi?" I ask her and she nods and hands me her. "Hey Violet" I said ticking her side a little. She giggles and puts her head on my chest. "Sleepy" she said. "Okay you can go to sleep I'll be here when you wake up" I told her and she nodded then closing her eyes.

Lizzie's pov
Everything happened to quick and it was terrible. Melanie punched the walls right beside my head that's why Scar was standing in front of me. But that's finally down and now Scar is trying to calm me down.

"Babe look at me please" she says lifting my chin up with her index finger. "I'm sorry but I promise this won't happen again" she tells me and I immediately hug her crying. I also knew she was crying too.

Zoe's pov
I had no idea what the fuck was happening but I know it wasn't good from what Kaylee told me. When Violet left the room with Hailee chasing her, I couldn't help but feel like I needed to go and make sure that nothing was going to happen to them.

I was bouncing my leg on the floor. "Hey she'll be okay" my brother tells me. He knows I have a major crush on Hailee and it's annoying. He would blackmail me with that. Kaylee then left the room I don't know what.

Kayden told her to stay here but she wasn't listen.

We hear sirens then some police officers talking and probably arresting someone. I don't know. I couldn't take it anymore so I ran out the room to go see what was happening.

As I did that, I ran into someone. "Oh sorry" I said looking up to see Hailee crying. "Haiz?" I look at her making sure it was her. "Y-yeah?" She's shaking and I immediately wrap my arms around her.

She lets it all out and I feel bad for her. I don't feel like we should be doing this here, I'm the hallway. "Wanna go talk in private?" I ask her and she nods. I was going to let her go but she holds me tighter and jumps on me wrapping her legs around me waist.

I guess this is how we're doing it. We walk to the bathroom so it's more private and I sit on the toilet with the lid closed obviously. Hailee is sitting on me practically cradling me. "Haiz?" I run her back and she looks up at me.

She wasn't crying anymore which is good. "Yeah" she looks at me with those big green eyes. "I know you probably don't want to talk about it but I want to tell you something that I've been wanting to for a while now" I tell her and she just looks at me smiling.

Does she already know? "Can I confess something to you?" I ask her and she smiles brightly forgetting about everything. "Go ahead" she says smiling while bitting her bottom lip.

"Your smile is the prettiest I ever seen" i tell her and she laughs. "Well can I confess something then?" She asks me and I nod my head. "This smile only exists when I'm with you silly" she says making me smile.

"You dork" she says poking my nose. We stare at each other for a while in comfortable silence. "Fuck it" I say and she looks confused. "Would you like to go on a date with me?" I ask her and she just smiles.
