When You Blush

(Y/N)'s POV

We finally finished our expedition outside the wall and all of us survived. Everyone were relieved yet happy at the same time. I was riding my horse and someone calling my name, "Hey (Y/N)!". I turned to see my other best friend, Armin Arlert. I smiled and waved then Armin came closer to me. "I can't believe we made it! I'm so glad that everyone survived", he said with a smile on his face. "Yeah...same here, Armin", I said and giggled. He laughed a bit and we head back to HQ.

When we arrived, all of us put our horses at the stables. Before I left, I patted my horse head and said, "You were great out there. Good job". My horse neighed and I smiled in response. "Well...gotta go. I have to go back inside and rest", I said and waved my horse goodbye then I got back inside HQ.

When I got back, everyone were roaming around doing their own thing. I smiled and greeted some fellow cadets. They greeted back with a smile and some even saluted for some reason. I giggled at their responses and suddenly someone called me from a distance, "Oooh (Y/N)-chan!". I turned to see my good friend, Section-Commander Hanji Zoe holding some papers on her hands. She stopped right in front of me because she ran towards me. "Hey Hanji...what's up?", I said and asked. She panted and smiled brightly then she said, "I'm so glad I found you! Anyway, you're close with Levi, right?". My eyes widened at her sudden question and nodded honestly. Then, she showed me the papers that she was holding and said, "Well, can you please bring this paperwork to him for me. You see I have errands to run and I'm on a hurry". I was silent but I answered in a split second, "O-okay! I'll do it". She made a little victory dance and hand me the papers. "Thank you, (Y/N)! Good luck!", she said and ran through the halls. I tilt my head to the side and just went to Captain Levi's office.

I finally arrived and knocked on the door. I've been waiting for a response but there's none. 'That's odd...Captain Levi always answers the door'. I was standing in front the door and wondering for a moment but I looked at the doorknob and decided to get inside without hesitation. When I got in, the office was very clean and well-organized as usual. I looked around and thought, 'Weird? Where's Captain Levi? Does he have errands as well?'. I searched the entire office but he was never seen. I've been wondering inside the office and suddenly I heard the door opened from my left. I turned to see Captain Levi but shirtless and he's wearing pants with a towel wrapped around his neck. I blushed on his sudden appearance and said, "O-oh..hello, sir". I gulped and looked away so he wouldn't see my blushing face. He noticed my gesture and said, "Oi Cadet (Y/N)...Look at me". I was silent but I decided to follow him by looking at him. 'Oh...I didn't know Captain Levi has a good body. I can't help but-wait a minute what am I thinking!'. I shook my thoughts and went back to reality. He looked at straight in my eyes and said, "What's your business here?". I stuttered still having a blush on my cheeks and said, "O-oh! I came here to deliver paperwork from Section-Commander Hanji, sir". He just nodded and said, "Alright...just place them on my table right there, cadet". I nodded and said, "O-oh yes sir!". I walked towards the table and placed the papers down. I sighed and placed my hands on my cheeks. I was about to go outside until Captain Levi spoke, "You alright, cadet?". I blushed even more when I looked at him then I replied, "Ah...yeah! Of course, sir! Hehe". He was still looking at me but I was still standing. There was an awkward silence and finally Captain Levi said with his usual stoic look, "If you say so. Anyway, your dismissed, cadet (Y/N)". I stood up straight and said with a stutter, "Yes, sir! Thank you!". With that, I ran outside the office and covered my flushed face by using my hands.
