When He Sees Your Photo Album (Special Scenario)

I stood before my family home which is located somewhere in Wall Sina and we just got here after all the errands that we've done today.

I took the twins somewhere new so they could at least explore, Levi apparently shopped for more cleaning supplies and black tea boxes while I just shopped for clothes and gift for my parents.

And you know how much time it took? Well, let's say, half the day! Since we're tired after all the hustle and bustle, I decided to visit my parents.

Anyway, going back.

I knocked on the door as we waited for the response while the twins just waited quietly behind me while Levi just held my hand and gave it a soft squeeze.

After what it seemed to be a while, the front door was opened and it revealed to be my beautiful and caring mother.

Her eyes sparkled as she saw the four of us together and said, "Oh my goodness, I wasn't expecting you to visit, (Y/N) dear. But I'm so glad you did. I miss you so much!".

My mother gave me a big hug and looked down to see the adorable Ackerman twins. To be honest, she loved them so much like I was when I still very young.

"And look at the both of you. You've growing fast~", said my mother as she let go of me and kissed each of the twin's cheek.

Isabelle and Leon smiled and giggled replying, "Thank you so much, Grandma. We miss you so much!".

The twins gave my mom a hug which she didn't expect that from them but she laughed and hugged them back.

I smiled at this precious moment and this made remember the time where I used to be that small and lovable with my mom. I can't help but shed a tear.

"Oh, and hello again, Levi", my mom continued as she stood and faced Levi, "My, you look fine as always, perhaps?"

"Yes, thank you for saying so", Levi said in a somewhat formal manner and gave her a smile.

"That's great. I hope everything goes well back in the Survey Corps, Levi. As your mother-in-law, do your best and fight for all of us, okay?", my mother said and placed a warm hand over his shoulder.

Levi's expression started to soften and feel at ease as he felt something that he hadn't experience in quite a long time: a mother's love.

When we started dating, he didn't want to talk about it at first but as the days went by, he finally spilled the beans.

I learned that his mom passed away when he was still very young and since my mom became his mother-in-law, it was a new yet strange feeling like a new door has opened for him.

Unexpectedly, his lips curled into a smile and nodded saying, "Don't you worry...mom. I'll do whatever it takes to protect humanity especially my family that is so dear to me. I'll give those titans a piece of my mind".

My mother's eyes widened from his response and her face was brighten up.

"That's humanity's strongest for you! Who knew you ended up being my son-in-law? So lucky, haha", she said and chuckled while she let the twins get inside the house, "Oh and also, please continue supporting my daughter likewise. She loves you very much, you know?", my mother teased as she giggled and looked at me.

"M-Mom!!", I blurted out and looked away with embarrassment.

"Hehe, what's the matter? It's true, isn't it?", my mother said and raised a brow playfully.

I pouted and Levi let out a small chuckle when he admired or probably adored my expression while the twins started cooing from the door way but went back inside.

"Yeah, it's true", I admitted quietly and face them still pouting

"See what I mean? Hehe, I'm just teasing you, (Y/N). Let's continue the chit-chat inside. I'm going to make some tea!", my mom said as she went inside immediately with excitement.

I sighed and out of nowhere, he wrapped his arm around my shoulder and gave me a quick chaste kiss on my cheek then on my lips.

"Tch, you're too damn cute, (Y/N)", he whispered and gently massaged my shoulder with his hand.

A dorky smile was able to form my lips yet I could feel my cheeks glowing red as as we entered the house and once we got, the twins just ran around the house just to chase each other.

Man, for some reason, they still have energy to play after all the stuff we did today.

Goodness, how much energy is stored in their bodies? I guess we never know.

"Oi, be careful, you two. I don't want to see you two get hurt, alright?", said Levi as his eyes were on the cute and now-playful twins and I could totally sense his fatherly aura.

The twins looked back at him and replied in sync, "Okay, daddy!".

They continued what they were doing while Levi and I went to the couch just to sit down with a exhausting sigh escaping our lips.

"Tch, what a day", muttered Levi as he laid his head over my shoulder.

I looked over to him to see his handsome face and smiled when I started to find him cute when he's doing that.

Just when I was about to say anything, Levi's eyes shifted when he found something from one of our bookshelves.

He stood up leaving me curious as I watched him looking through some books and picture frames of my family and I.

Then, maybe a few seconds later, he brought out a photo album that was kept for so long and it looked really old.

"Mind if I have look, (Y/N)?", asked Levi as he looked at me.

I gave him a simple nod with a smile and he went back to the couch so he could start looking through the pictures.

The first photo that was shown was a picture of me when I was still a baby and my mother was holding me with her loving arms.

"Is that you, (Y/N)?", he asked as pointed at my picture.

I giggled and nodded answering, "Yep, that's me. I look so tiny!".

Levi smiled at my response and gently kissed the top of my nose, "Yeah, tiny and precious just like our children".

My face started to turn into a hue of pink and I said, "Oh, stop it, Levi. Hehe~".

We looked over towards the twins, who are now watching my mom make tea with astonishment and I find it very adorable.

With that, we continued looking through some more photos from the photo album with smiles and embarrassing moments (example: looking at my embarrassing photos that my parents 'accidentally' took).
