When He Cooks Your Favorite Food

"Arrgh! Why now?!"

I heard a bunch of cadets were complaining with heavy breathing while I began to groan with a bit of annoyance as I started to sweat under the hot sun. Today is just a regular weekday aka. Monday and it's 8 o' clock in the morning. All of the cadets went outside the headquarters for another morning exercise and once we continued flexing and jogging, we weren't aware of the weather at all and it's starting to bother us like crazy. It's blazing hot outside and some were already in need for a bottle or maybe a jug of water or juice since they're getting tired. Not to mention, a bunch of other cadets were already taking a break after 2 laps on jogging or making 10-20 push-ups from the male cadets. I kinda feel the same thing and besides, right now I'm also taking a break but a few moments later, we were informed we should go back and exercise again. Groaning heavily, all of us continued our exercise routine and we're pretty sure that our temples and muscle will ache afterwards.

One or two and a half hours had passed and Hanji announced that we're done with exercising for today. "Alright, guys! You can all take a break for now. Please enjoy relaxing for now but at exactly 1 o' clock in the afternoon, we are going to practice our strategies using our 3DMG!", exclaimed Hanji as she waved at all of us with a cheerful expression. The cadets nodded and groaned from getting fatigue, a bit of pain and some even stretched a bit. I drank the last bit of my water bottle and afterwards, I started get thirsty. Just when I was about to join a bunch of cadets so they could refill their water bottles, I heard a voice calling me and I automatically stopped on my tracks. I turned around to see none other than Levi and of course, he's shirtless, again, and he's wearing his sports trunks for today's exercise although every time I'm exercising with him, I always get the feeling I might stare at his hot built body again and I tried looking away before he catches me. I gulped and a blush was spread across my face when I spoke, "O-O-Oh, hey, heichou! W-What's up? I was about to get some water so...".

He shook his head and held me hand. "No need, cadet. You're coming with me, I have, um, something to prepare just for you", said Levi as he started to walk and pull my hand which made me follow him. I wasn't expecting this but I can't help but wonder about what's he gonna make for me. So, I decided to nod and head towards his office.

We entered his office and Levi ran towards his room while I closed the door behind me. I wiped my sweat with my face towel and sat down on the couch saying, "Alright, Levi! What did you prepare? I can't wait to find out!", I said when excitement is building up inside me. I can a plate and a bunch of utensils coming from his room and for some reason, I smelled something delicious. I sniffed and it almost smells familiar for some reason. When I turn my head to the left, I saw Levi wearing his white shirt and he's holding a plate of (Your favorite food) with a spoon and fork. My eyes began to sparkle as I almost stood up but Levi already approached me and sat down on the couch. 

"Here, (Y/N). I heard from one of your friends that this is your favorite food. Since you've, um, been working out for like an hour and seemed tired, I thought that...maybe I can do something for you to...make you feel happy...", said Levi as he began to blush bright pink as he looked away feeling shy. I began to smile and accepted the food that he prepared for me then I began eating it. From one bite, my smile began to widen as I almost jumped from my seat. "Aww, that's sweet of you, Levi. I never thought---W-Woah! I miss eating this! It tastes so good, who cooked this, heichou?", I said as I chewed softly. He showed me one of his rare smiles and ruffled my hair. 

"Umm, I did. Hanji and cadet Mikasa Ackerman taught me how do to do it. It wasn't that difficult to make though, but what annoyed me after cooking it was that one of the brats were trying to get to taste it when they found it laying around the table while I was washing some utensils but I was able to hid this dish somewhere safe", said Levi and clicked his tongue as he wrapped an arm around your shoulder. I giggled and got a another bite. 

"Mmm, I see. But, still. Thank you so much for this, I just hope I could give you something too but I don't know-"

I stopped talking when he captured my lips and I could almost feel his tongue going inside or maybe it was just your imagination. I dropped the utensil on the plate and closed my eyes as I kissed back. "Heh, it's fine, cadet. I'll just take you instead...", whispered Levi and kissed the bridge of my nose. Blushing, I giggled and we continued exchanging kisses until I get to finish my food. Then afterwards, I get a chance to spend time with him for a while before the next exercise will commence later on.
