When The Twins Fight

(A/N: This scenario is requested by murackjd. Looks like I'm back in action again, guys! I was busy for the past weeks and my schedule was pretty hectic so I didn't had a chance to update one of my stories, I hope you understand. Also, this may be my first time writing this one so I hope will go well. It's already 12 noon and the 104th squad (including myself) just got back from a mission which is a request from Keith Shadis.

We were asked to rescue someone from our regimen because apparently, he was kidnapped by some thugs from the underground slums just to demand him by giving them information regarding the military.

Of course, in the end, we were able to rescue him and the thugs were sent to jail for questioning and imprisonment for two years from physical actions against the Scout regimen.

I opened the doors of the headquarters and found the rest of my comrades there.

They're still doing what they do best (preparing future battles, getting to know each other for better relationships with comrades, practicing their skills, and etc.) and when they saw us, they approached us pretty quickly and asked how did we do.

"Don't worry. It's already been taken care off", said Mikasa as she patted the rescued soldier's back and made him take a step forward just for everyone to see.

Afterwards, we parted ways and take a rest for the next coming hours.

I wonder how Levi and the twins are doing right now. I hope they were able to eat lunch even though I wasn't there, they might've been hungry if they didn't.

When turned to the left corridor, the office was just straight ahead. I ran towards it quickly with a bit of excitement and opened the door without hesitation.

"Honey, I'm home-"

I stopped talking when I found the twins glaring at each other for some reason and Isabel's face was beet red with anger or annoyance.

Uh oh.

The twins didn't seem to notice I was there but as I took a few steps forwards, their heads turned towards me and their expressions shifted slightly as they saw my presence.

"Mom!", both of the twins said in unison.

I knelled down to their level as they stood before me, I was the first one to speak up.

"Hello, twins", I started off with a calm voice to reduce this awkward atmosphere as I turned my head sideways, "Where's your father?"

"He-" "He-"

Both of the twins spoke at the same time and when they looked at each other, they glared (which kinda reminded me of Levi) and looked away with a huff.

I looked at them with a bit of concern and asked, "He's what-"

But unfortunately, my voice trailed off when the door of the office was opened and it revealed to be Levi himself.

"Hey, (Y/N). How's your mission today? Were the kids okay when you arrived? I went out to buy some cleaning supplies", said Levi as he casually stepped inside the office before he closing the door behind him.

I coughed awkwardly and quickly ran to his side whispering to his ear, "Ah, I don't know if I would describe this moment as "okay" because apparently...".

He raised a brow at me but when he looked at the twins, his expression changed slightly like it's the first time they've seen them in years.

He frowned and kissed my cheek before he would approach the twins slowly.
