Neil was shocked as he didn't expect Ritwick to stand against Isha.
Ritwick: Aur yeh sab me aapko isiliye bata raha hu because Neil ka koi right hi nahi hai ki woh Keya se mile....
All were in doubt about what is he saying..except Isha...
Ritwik: Vo uska biological father nahi hai.... aur iska proof yeh raha.... (He showed some DNA reports).... Us bechare ne to shak bhi nahi kiya apni wife pe jabki unke beech meri wajah se duriyan aane ke baad usne kabhi Isha ko chua bhi nahi.... to Isha pregnant kaise hui.....
Mini in shock looked at Neil...... He got the biggest shock of his life.... He went numb.... His face paled and was looking lifeless.
Isha was looking angrily at Ritwik.
Ritwik: Hamara plan tha ki Neil se Isha divorce lekar mere saath rahegi... hum usi ke paiso pe... usi ke ghar me aish karenge.... but Yeh Isha.... isne mujhe bhi dhoka diya.... mujhse breakup kar liya.... Khud saare paiso pe aish karna chah rahi thi.... Isiliye me is court me aaya jab mujhe Neil ne is case ke baare me bataya..... Yeh to itna bevkoof hai ki isne ilzaam laga ke apna paiso ko bachane ki koshish bhi nahi ki..... par me to badla lunga na mujhe diya dhoke ka to me aa gaya.
Judge: Saare sabuto aur gawaho ko dhyan me rakhte hue I declare this divorce granted..... aur kyunki yeh adultery ka case hai.... Isha will not get anything from Mr. Neil Oberoi..... also Neil Oberoi ne jo bhi sharte rakhi hai.... I declare them valid..... Neil can meet Keya whenever he wants to and he can spend 3 months in a year with her daughter..... as he is the father of Keya according to the Birth Certificate.
Mini was relieved listening to the final decision of the court and looked at Neil but he was still the same....pale ....dull....lifeless body. Mini understood that he was not in a state of understading anything and she has to be with him. Despite being broken because of the taunts she heard..... she once again needs to stay strong for him.

All came out of the court room. Mini held Neil and took him out of the room and he was just walking with her without knowing anything....just like a lost soul.
She made him sit on a bench near the court and called a cab. She heard that Isha and Ritwik were ranting upon each other but who cares. Suddenly, Ritwik came in front of her.
Ritwik: Hi! Your name?
Mini: None of your business
Ritwik: Ok! So Neil ki "Nayi zindagi"... bechara dekho kya halat ho gayi hai uski.....jeet kar bhi jeet ka maza nahi le paaya..... Yahi to chahta tha main... Mujhe mara tha na isne uss din....
Mini: Get the hell out of here or else..
Ritwik: Or else what?......(moving his hand forward to keep it on her shoulder)
