172. Cutie

Next Morning,

Mini woke up Arya. 

Mini: Chalo meri Chutanki.... Jaldi se utho aur ready ho jaao.... School jaana hai na?

Arya nodded.

Mini packed her school bag while Neil made breakfast. 

Arya came up with her hands at her back. 

Mini: Kya hua?... Kuch laayi ho? 

Arya: Tumhari birthday pe main gift nahi de paayi thi na?.... Maine gift bana liya hai to socha ab de deti hu.... 

Mini: Dikhao phir... 

Arya: Aise nahi.... Neil... Tum bhi baitho sofe pe... Veerbalika ke paas.... Aur aankhein band karo.... Tum dono ke liye hai yeh wala surprise.... Flight me baithkar banaya maine pata hai...  

Neil also sat on the sofa and both Mineil were excited seeing Arya's expressions.

Arya: Ab aankhein kholo. 

Mineil opened their eyes and saw a scrap book with handmade designs and titled "My Genie and My Veerbalika!".... Mineil both held it, Mini slid her hand on it and turned the pages. It had their photos decorated with handmade paper folding flowers and butterflies with sticky pearl motifs. Mineil had tears in their eyes while adoring the beautiful scrap book. At the last page, it was their photo of the flight, sleeping comfortably and an empty space at the bottom. Both chuckled together at the end of the book and lifted their faces to look at Arya. 

Mineil: Bahot pretty hai... Bahot... 

They both tugged Arya and hugged her. Pecking on her either cheeks, they saw Arya extended her hand and clicked a photo again. The card appeared with their photo and Arya stuck that to the empty space too. 

Arya: Ab yeh hai perfect.... Just like happily ever after wali royal story... Haina?

Mineil chuckled and nodded.

Returning to the haveli after their usual jogging session after which Neil, like usual, sulked and Mini loved to tease him. 

They entered the haveli.

Neil: (sulking) Tum na hitler ki hitler hi rahogi.... Ek bechaare insaan ko sone bhi mat do tum to... Bade maze aate hai tumhe subah subah mujhe bhi jogging pe le jakar..... haina?

Mini: Bahot!.... Tum jogging pe nahi jaoge to main chidhaungi kisko?

Neil repeated her words mimicking it dramatically and Mini laughed.

They turned to see Dadu Biji sitting on the sofa, waiting for them. 

Neil: Are aap tino yaha ho to Cutie kaha hai?.... Naeem Bi ke paas?

Biji: Nahi... vo to.. 

Mini: Cutie?

Neil: (excitedly) Surprise hai..... Maine socha tha ready hokar jab restaurant ke liye niklenge tab Naeem Bi ke ghar lekar jaake bataunga....

Dadu: Arya ke room me bhaag gayi hai... 

Mini was much confused.

Neil: Main lekar aata hu... Tum baitho... 

Mini: (confusedly) Okay.
