Aurelia walked into the sheriff's station, book clutched in one hand with a candle in the other, and walked over to Emma and Elsa. "Belle found something. A spell" Aurelia said, sitting the book down on the desk in front of them. "She said it can work against the Snow Queen."

"You don't mean kill her?" Elsa asked.

"No! No. Definetly not. Just something to take away her powers. Temporaily at least" Aurelia told her.

"Can either of you read this?" Elsa asked, looking at the strange language the spell was written in. "Elvish? No, I didn't even see Lord of the Rings" Emma said and shook her head at their confused looks. "It's a movie."

"Right. Well, lucky for us Belle translated it" Aurelia said, pulling a piece of paper from her pocket. "This tells us how to enact the spell."

Elsa picked up the paper, reading off what they needed to do. "With both hands, hold the candle and then use your magic to light it.  And then when you blow on it..."

"Then bam! She's right back to selling ice cream. My guess is business will be down" Emma said.

"Maybe without her powers, we can talk to her. We can find Anna. We can get some real answers" Elsa said.

"Does Anna have magic?" Aurelia asked. "No. I think that's why the Snow Queen is so interested in you two" Elsa said.

Aurelia hummed as she held the candle. "Are we ready?" she asked.

Emma and Elsa nodded, taking their places. Emma stood with Aurelia both of their hands on the candle while Elsa stood opposite of them.

Together, Emma and Aurelia lit the candle, before blowing its flame toward Elsa. But when Elsa tried to control the flame it only fizzled it. The three women sighed, frustrated that it didn't work.

"I'm sorry. Should we try again?" Elsa asked. Aurelia glanced at the clock, shaking her head.

"Maybe later? I kinda have a date" she said. "But I can totally cancel!"

"No, don't. You go. We'll be here" Elsa said.

"Are you sure? I'm sure Killian wouldn't mind" Aurelia said. "Yes, he would" Emma laughed. "Go. We'll keep trying here."

"Okay. I promise, I'll be back later" she said, not being able to hide the smile on her face as she headed to Granny's.

"Well so far, I can light a candle and do that little burst of magic thingie that Emma does," Aurelia said, pouring another packet of sugar into the lemonade she ordered from Granny's that was too tart for her taste.

"You say it like it's not impressive," Killian said, watching as she added to the already mountainous stack of empty sugar packets.

"I mean I know that it's something. But I think I'm gonna have to do better than that to defeat Ingrid" she said, taking a sip and deciding it still wasn't sweet enough.

"You know you won't be going up against her alone," he said, stopping her from grabbing more sugar. "Love, please. You're making my teeth hurt just watching."

Laughing, Aurelia stirred her straw around. "I know I won't be alone. But I still want to prepared."

"You will be. It won't do anyone any good if you keep being so hard on yourself" he said. The bell above the door rang as more patrons walked in and Aurelia grabbed another sugar packet while he was distracted.

When her phone started ringing she pulled it out and saw David was calling her. "Who is it?" Killian asked.

"My brother."
