Sitting in Underworld Granny's, Aurelia sat next to Killian and across from her mother as she told her everything that had happened since the night she was taken by Pan's Shadow.

"And now we have to find a way to defeat Hades so we can all go home," Aurelia said.

"Wow. That's....and David?" Ruth asked.

"He's here! I mean not like here, here. He's alive like me. But he's here. James is here too but he's kind of really mean" Aurelia said.

"Oh, yes. I've tried talking to him many times but I'm afraid he doesn't want anything to do with me" Ruth said.

"What about father? Is he....." Aurelia trailed off as her mom shook her head. "Oh. Well, I suppose that's a good thing. He must've moved on" she said.

Ruth smiled, taking Aurelia's hand from across the table. "You know in that long story, you left out a very important part," she said.

"What do you mean?" Aurelia asked.

"The part where you two met, the man you plan on splitting you're heart for," Ruth said.

"Oh, yes. Well," Aurelia said, clearing her throat as Killian shifted uncomfortably in his seat. "Well, he was...friends with David and helped rescue me from Neverland."

"Aurelia," Ruth said.

"Yes."

"You're a terrible liar," Ruth said.

"I'm not lying! I-"

"If I may," Killian said, cutting in. "That is only a half truth. I'm afriad I did play a part in Aurelia being taken to Neverland."

"A small part! Like very, very small" Aurelia added. "Pan was practically blackmailing him. But he did help rescue me. Not to mention the countless times he's saved my life since then. I mean not that it's in danger a lot, well actually I guess it is, but not because of him. I think his life is in danger a lot because of me."

"I think she gets it, love" Killian mumbled, an uncomfortable smile on his face.

"Right. How about we change the subject?" Aurelia asked. Ruth hummed, a small smile on her face as she was clearly able to see how in love they were with each other.

"Well, mother, what are you doing here? I mean, what unfinished business could you possibly have?" Aurelia asked.

"I suppose I couldn't rest until I knew you were okay," Ruth said.

"Well I am. More than okay. I'm happy. You shouldn't be here anymore, you should be able to move on" Aurelia said.

Ruth sighed, knowing that there was more to it. "I think I also have to tell you the truth," she said.

"What truth?" Aurelia asked.

Ruth was quiet as she leaned forward, ashamed of her own actions. "Whatever it is, you can tell me," Aurelia said, squeezing her hand. Ruth smiled, wondering how her daughter managed to remain so kind after everything she'd been through.
