"I promise, Pitashree, I will make you proud." The young boy smiled, keeping his bow down as he touched the feet of his father. Arjun smiled as his eyes twinkled looking at his child.

"Putra Abhimanyu, I will always be proud of you." Chuckling, he wrapped the child up in a hug while Indu stared at him in disbelief.

"I told you, I would be the first one to hug him! How dare you!?" She hit him, playfully, faking anger.

"There's no need to be mad, bua, I will hug you too," He smiled as he got wrapped in a hug by his aunt. "Oh, look at you all grown up!" She sniffled at him as he smiled.

The trio sat down together as Abhimanyu talked to the siblings about how much he enjoyed himself in Dwarka. How his mama-shree Krishna taught him all he knew and how these two and Subhadra paired up to pull tricks on his mama-shree Balrama.

"But, how is mama-shree on our side, but his army not?" Abhimanyu questioned, as the two were talking about the war.

"It's a long story-" Arjun stared, but was interrupted by Indu.

"No, it isn't. I'll explain."

"Your kaka-shree Duryodhan and your father went to Kanha to ask for his help in the war. But Dau had forbidden Kanha to bear weapons in this war as he believed that both sides were equally wrong. So, Kanha said that whoever came first would be the one whose wish he would grant. Duryodhan-," She sighed, knowing that she didn't have to refer to him as 'bhrata' anymore. She looked over at Arjun, as nodded indicating that he was fine with so.

"Duryodhan came earlier and sat behind Kanha's swing where he was sleeping. Then, your father came. He sat in front of his feet, on the ground. As he woke up from his slumber, Bhrata Arjun was the one he saw first. Thus, for him, Arjun was the one who came first and not Duryodhan. He gave two options-- him, all weaponless or his Narayani sena. Your father, being the smartest person," She winked at her brother to which he rolled his eyes.

"He requested for Kanha, while Duryodhan took the Narayani sena. But worry not, Abhimanyu, on whichever side Kanha is that side will always win." She chuckled, patting her nephew's head.

Draupadi POV

The one who looks at the beauty of the fire forgets to realise its anger. And the one who looks at the anger of the fire forgets about its beauty.

The one who looks at both realises the significance of that fire.

But the overlooked flame always extinguishes. Always.

Agnishika taught me that, and I still believe it. Both of us being fire-born, we were supposed to stick together. But we didn't right?

I sat down beside my husband, lost in a trance. The Pandavas, their respective wives and Indu's husband were here and so were Agni and Govind in present in the tent.
